Job Title: Lead Scrapping Specialist (Design Industry) – Onsite
Location: Gulshan-e-Jamal
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead scraping specialist to join our growing design industry team. In this role, you will be responsible for scraping and identifying, qualifying, and nurturing high-potential leads to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in lead scraping and lead generation, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the design industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Scrap potential leads from social media (Facebook and Instagram), Google, Bark, Fiverr, Upwork, etc.
Research and identify potential clients (B2B/B2C) in the design industry (e.g., interior design, architecture, graphic design).
Develop and execute targeted lead-generation strategies using cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and maintain a robust pipeline in CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimise lead conversion and follow-up processes.
Track and report on lead generation metrics (conversion rates, response rates, ROI) to refine strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (design industry preferred). Proven track record of meeting/exceeding lead generation targets (must provide examples)
Strong proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated, data-driven, and able to work independently in an onsite setting.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with design-related services (e.g., interior design, architectural firms, creative agencies).
Knowledge of inbound marketing strategies (SEO, content marketing).
