Ingredients
For Cinnamon Rolls:

Bread

Ground Cinnamon

Brown Sugar

Softened Butter

For Syrup:

½ cup Water

½ cup Sugar

½ tbsp Cardamom

¼ tsp Rose Water

For Rabri:

½ liter Milk

â…“ cup Condensed Milk

¼ cup Sugar

2 tsp Cardamom Powder

Saffron

1 tbsp Rose Water

½ cup Heavy Cream

1 tbsp Cornstarch

For Garnish:

Chopped Almonds & Pistachios
