Real Talent a stable buisness today is because of a lady name Miss. Umema Aamir Kayani. She was worked in different organisations during her studies including educational sectors as an adminitration head, trainer, marketing executing head in silk bank. She's completed her B.com and started fashion designing course from ASIAN Institute & then she joined a production house where she as appointed as Casting Head. After one year in that company management become so rude with majority of the girls accept Miss. Umema, reminds accepts Miss. Umema, but as a lady, as a strong women she was the one from the upper managment who take the stand against the management and support the lower management & when she noticed that management bad behaviour is increasing day by day so she decided to left that job and she resign from that company & while she resigning, one of the officer of that company told her that you left a very great full job & after this you can't get something big.... Miss. Umema is the who believes in herself and she have lots of support & prayers of the talent, employees for which she stand for.
She have no office, but she have strong believe. she thought she start her own business but how???? She worked 1.5 year as a casting head so all the artists knows Umema very well & after that step which she take all give them huge respects. Umema have good links clients as well because she was a Casting Head as she worked so hard in last 1.5 year in that company so all client knows her working skills & ability as well. So here, Umema decided to start her own business & posted on her watsapp, Facebook ,instagram that she start her own Casting Agency namely REAL TALENT.
The second day lots of her artists friends males, females, kids, aged uncles & aunties approach Umema & then she welcomes all of them and than its time to clients, Clients contacts Miss. Umema for talents & she start using those artists. We remember that the first artist we cast only on Rs.800 per day & now Alhamdulilah, REAL TALENT becomes well known casting agency within 3 years who compete the agencies who's working from last 15 years. Real Talent is working with all the Production Houses & all the well known brands, clients.
Her brother Mr. Hamza Kayani was the one who aware from all the ups & downs and he was decided to accompained her sister. he's doing his BS from KU so he decided to hold all the account & finacial details at that time and he was the one who went to collect the payments from the production houses because at that time they can't afford someone else for this position.
