FERRARO AND CIBITEX: A NEW CHAPTER IN TEXTILE FINISHING
The textile machinery industry continues to evolve through innovation, strategic partnerships and a shared vision for the future.
During my recent visit to Ferraro S.p.A. in Italy, I had the pleasure of meeting Alex Zucchi, Simone Ferraro and Roberto Gorri to discuss the strategic integration of the Cibitex Finishing business unit into Ferraro.
The acquisition brings together two respected Italian companies with complementary technologies, strengthening Ferraro's textile finishing portfolio while ensuring continuity for Cibitex's customers, technologies and expertise.
Pakistan also featured prominently in our discussions. Both Ferraro and Cibitex have established important references in the Pakistani textile industry, and there is strong confidence in the continued demand for advanced finishing technologies.
