# Hadith
"Actions are according to their intentions, and everyone will be rewarded according to what they intended."

*Arabic Text*
"إنما الأعمال بالنيات، وإنما لكل امرئ ما نوى"

*Narrated By*
Umar ibn Al-Khattab (RA), narrated by Imam Bukhari and Imam Muslim.

*Meaning*
This Hadith emphasizes the importance of intentions behind our actions. It teaches us that our deeds will be judged based on the intentions we had while performing them. If our intention is pure and sincere, our actions will be rewarded accordingly. Conversely, if our intention is impure or driven by selfish motives, our actions will not be accepted.

*Lessons*
