My Lifestyle Transformation Since 2020 🌿💪
In 2020, I made a decision that changed everything — to take control of my health and rebuild my lifestyle from the inside out.
Here’s what I changed: ✅ Quit sugary drinks, bakery items, and fast food
✅ Switched to homemade meals (no more overeating)
✅ Started bodyweight training and simple workouts at home
And the results? ✨ More energy, no idleness or exhaustion
✨ Weight under control
✨ Blood pressure now in normal range
✨ Surprisingly, even my eyesight improved!
To stay committed: 🏠 I set up a mini home gym
