My Lifestyle Transformation Since 2020 🌿💪

In 2020, I made a decision that changed everything — to take control of my health and rebuild my lifestyle from the inside out.

Here’s what I changed: ✅ Quit sugary drinks, bakery items, and fast food
✅ Switched to homemade meals (no more overeating)
✅ Started bodyweight training and simple workouts at home

And the results? ✨ More energy, no idleness or exhaustion
✨ Weight under control
✨ Blood pressure now in normal range
✨ Surprisingly, even my eyesight improved!

To stay committed: 🏠 I set up a mini home gym
📚 Took a basic nutrition course
🎓 Completed a fitness trainer certification

This isn’t just a phase — it’s a way of living.
Discipline. Consistency. Simplicity. That’s the real transformation.

ایک quality life گزارنے کے لئے ایک صحت مند جسم و دماغ ، اور ہر طرح ک body systems کا ٹھیک سے کام کرنا بہت ضروری ہوتا ہے۔
یہ تبھی ممکن ہے جب آپ اپنی اور اپنے body systems کی مدد کرتے ہیں۔
کیسے مدد کر سکتے ہیں؟
اپنے جسم کو ضرورت ک مطابق حرکت میں رکھنا مثلأ ورزش کرنا ، متوازن خوراک کا استمعال کرنا، اس سے نہ صرف آپ اپنے جسم کو مضبوط بناے گے بلکے اپنے body systems کو بھی proper کام کرنے میں مدد کر سکے گے۔ جس سے آپ ایک ایکٹو اور quality life گزار سکے گے۔

یاد رکھیں اچھی صحت اللّه کی طرف سے اپ ک لئے ایک بہت بڑا انعام ہے۔ اور انعام ک اپر شکرگزاری فرض ہے۔ اور بہترین شکرگزاری اچھی صحت ک لئے کوشش کرنا ہے۔
