گلگت ۔ چھموگر میں 8 محرم الحرام کے سلسلے میں نکالے گئے پرامن جلوسِ عزاداری پر شرپسند عناصر کی جانب سے فائرنگ ایک سنگین اور قابلِ مذمت واقعہ ہے جو سیکیورٹی اداروں کی مجرمانہ غفلت اور نااہلی کا کھلا ثبوت ہے۔ اس افسوسناک واقعے میں متعدد عزادارانِ امام حسینؑ زخمی ہو چکے ہیں، اور یہ ملت جعفریہ کے لیے ناقابلِ برداشت ہے کہ ان کے مذہبی اجتماعات اور عبادات کو نشانہ بنایا جائے جبکہ ریاستی ادارے محض تماشائی بنے رہیں۔ ہم واضح طور پر اعلان کرتے ہیں کہ اگر آئندہ کسی بھی جلوس یا مجلس پر حملہ ہوا یا کسی قسم کی بدامنی کی کوشش کی گئی، تو ملت جعفریہ اس کا بھرپور اور سخت ترین ردعمل دے گی، جو کسی کے قابو میں نہیں آئے گا۔ ہم اپنے نوجوانوں سے اپیل کرتے ہیں کہ وہ مکمل تیاری کے ساتھ حالات پر کڑی نظر رکھیں اور کسی بھی ہنگامی صورتحال کے لیے ہر وقت تیار رہیں۔ ہماری خاموشی کو کمزوری نہ سمجھا جائے، اگر ریاستی ادارے ملت کے جان و مال اور مذہبی آزادی کا تحفظ نہیں کر سکتے تو ہم اپنے دفاع کا حق محفوظ رکھتے ہیں اور احتجاج و مزاحمت کا دائرہ گلگت بلتستان کے کونے کونے تک پھیلایا جائے گا۔ ہم مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ واقعے میں ملوث عناصر کو فوری گرفتار کر کے قرار واقعی سزا دی جائے، زخمی عزاداروں کو مکمل طبی سہولیات فراہم کی جائیں، اور تمام آئندہ مجالس و جلوسوں کے لیے فول پروف سیکیورٹی یقینی بنائی جائے، بصورتِ دیگر ہر قسم کے نتائج کی تمام تر ذمہ داری ریاستی اداروں پر عائد ہوگی۔
