یہ سفر ابھی جاری ہے…
اور اس طویل journey کے اندر، ہم ایک نئے “اسٹیشن” پر پہنچ چکے ہیں۔
یہ وہ مقام ہے… جہاں نئے لوگ ہمارے ساتھ جڑ رہے ہیں، سیکھنے (Learning) کی ایک نئی opportunity کے ساتھ۔
اس مرحلے میں، سب سے پہلے ہمارے Mentors اس کاروان کا حصہ بنے، اور پھر باقاعدہ طور پر Launch Session کے ذریعے نئے Internship Program کا آغاز کر دیا گیا۔
یہ صرف ایک سیشن نہیں تھا… بلکہ ایک نئے سفر کی شروعات تھی۔

ایک سال پہلے…
میں نے صرف ایک خواب دیکھا تھا۔
ایک ایسا وژن… جسے میں نے صرف سوچا نہیں، بلکہ اسے حقیقت میں بدلنے کا فیصلہ کیا۔
میں نے انٹرنشپ کا آغاز کیا،
ایک آئیڈیا کے ساتھ… ایک ٹیم بنانے کے لیے۔
لیکن یہ سفر آسان نہیں تھا۔
آٹھ، نو ماہ… مسلسل کوشش،
سٹرگل، ناکامیاں، لوگ چھوڑ کر جانا…
کبھی اکیلا پن، کبھی مایوسی…
کبھی ایسا لگا کہ شاید یہ ممکن نہیں۔
لیکن میں رکا نہیں۔
میں نے Consistency اور استقامت کو اپنا ہتھیار بنایا…
اور آخرکار… ایک ٹیم بنی۔
اور آج…
الحمدللہ، ہم اپنے دوسرے سال میں داخل ہو رہے ہیں۔
