When people put me down i used to allow them to take me to deep dark places of self loathing. I can look at them and smile knowing i am confident in who i am and eventually they will see it too. I don't get angry anymore. Me reacting to their anger only feeds that beast. Walking away is better for everyone. Let go of hatred today, walk with positivity radiating around you.

When you look deep within yourself do you see peace or internal conflict? Finding inner peace achieving peace of mind is a major life accomplishment and even though it can be hard to feel peaceful anyone can work toward a life of harmony to seek a calm spirit.
