- They say, if you want something with all your heart, the entire universe conspires to help you get it! 🥳 And that's when I realized, after being a novice yet passionate customer of Lulusar for a year, that its most premium brand, Morich, which everybody loves, never goes on sale, and there is no loyalty program either (one is being worked on now, though!)
To my pleasant surprise, Lulusar recently announced a Focus Group session, and I was fortunate enough to be selected to participate, and voilà! Not only did I have the opportunity to meet the geniuses behind this wonder-full one-stop-fashion-shop, but I also won 2 amazing vouchers that make up for my next Morich signature piece. 🤩
— Additionally, it was truly enriching to witness firsthand the local marketing strategies employed to actively gather customer feedback and ensure future offerings reflect the needs and desires of the consumer, rather than simply what the company wants to sell.
It was such a refreshing change from my usual routine of family, work, watching wrestling, and exploring eateries around Lahore. Couldn’t start my October better, Alhamdulillah! 💕💃🍁
