The folio, TastePakistan, is not merely a magazine to surf the pages rather an attempt to narrate a Pakistan that usually remains hidden from a lay man’s eye. It is an effort to make everyone, anyone feel proud for being a part of this country. An endeavor to tell and confirm the world that Pakistan is a beautiful and stylish country where nature seems at its best and cultural diversity means colo

urs. The name, TastePakistan (TP), gives an aesthetic impression as it simplifies the sense of “tasting” by separating it from the taste of buds. The tag line “The country’s magazine” is finalised to prove the publication an authority over Pakistan. To develop the magazine as a serious media activity, locally written and generated stuff has been made its part. All the articles and reports are unique and well researched by topic and content respectively to keep the copy informative and interesting. No doubt, the main concern is to present the softer image of Pakistan but, where needed, some critiques would also be included to reflect a flexible approach. Real time interviews, surveys and reviews would be conducted to ensure maximum participation of the natives who are the actual strength of the magazine. To come up with all the contemporary standards, TastePakistan is brought to you through both the mediums: print and web. The print section would primarily focus almost all the areas other than politics while a proper news website www.tastepakistan.pk with a healthy social media activity would go along to keep the readers in touch all the time. As this is a try to serve the motherland by highlighting its positive sides, the TP team invites you all to contribute with what describes Pakistan the best.
