آئندہ مالی سال کے وفاقی بجٹ میں سرکاری ملازمین کی بنیادی تنخواہ میں سال 2022اور 2025کے2ایڈہاک الاؤنس ضم کرنے کا فیصلہ کیاگیا،سکیل ایک سے 22 تک کے ملازمین کو ڈسپیریٹی ریڈکشن الاؤنس 2026 بنیادی تنخواہ کا 15فیصد ملے گا،سرکاری ملازمین کے کنوینس الاؤنس میں 50فیصد اضافے کا فیصلہ کیاگیا جبکہ معذور ملازمین کے خصوصی کنوینس الاؤنس کو 10ہزار روپے کرنے کا بھی فیصلہ کیاگیا ، تمام ریلیف اقدامات یکم جولائی 2026سے نافذ العمل ہوں گے۔نئی بنیادی تنخواہ پر 7فیصد اضافہ کیا جائے گا جبکہ بنیادی پے سکیل 2022کےمطابق ہی برقرار رکھا جائے گا، نیا پے سکیل ریوائز نہیں ہوگا، وفاقی سیکریٹری خزانہ امداد اللہ بوسال نے میڈیا بریفنگ میں بتایا کہ سرکاری ملازمین کی بنیادی تنخواہ میں دو سال کے ایڈہاک الاؤنس ضم کیے جائیں گے ، مالی سال 2022میں 15فیصد ایڈہاک الاؤنس دیاگیاتھا جبکہ مالی سال 2025میں 10فیصد ایڈہاک الاؤنس دیاگیا تھا ان دونوں ایڈہاک الاؤنس کو بنیادی تنخواہ میں ضم کیا جائے گا،نئی بنیادی تنخواہ پر 7فیصد اضافہ ہوگا تاہم بنیادی پے سکیل 2022کے مطابق ہی برقرار رہے گا۔
