Some stories are written quietly in the middle of healing, reflection, and growth.
With over 10 years of experience working with children, parents, educators & adults, I deeply felt the need to create something around emotional regulation, connection, and co-regulation — because emotional growth does not happen in isolation.
"Aley the Dragon Tames His Fire" was created to help children understand big emotions through gentleness, pause, and mindful storytelling.
Through practical tools and emotional connection, this little story invites children to cool their fire and feel emotionally safe in the presence of care givers.
So excited to finally begin sharing this little piece of my heart.
