We are looking for experienced Creative Associates to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have experience working in a marketing and creative environment. They will assist the Design team with the creative process from ideation to development, in addition to supporting sales, production, and marketing teams to deliver solutions for our clients.

Job Description

This position is an opportunity to join the Design team as an associate with significant growth potential. You will be working closely with the Creative Director and Imagine’s product teams from Sales and Design through Production, facilitating a client’s engagement with Imagine. Our fast-paced competitive work environment requires an organized, energetic, and self-directed professional able to handle multiple tasks effectively. The Creative Associate reports directly to the Creative Director.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibility is to support the Creative Director and the Design team with the development of unique experiences for our clients:
* Supporting the Creative Director on various client projects and agency initiatives
* Developing creative ideas and programs for Imagine’s clients
* Developing ideas and projects that meet client objectives using a wide arsenal of agency assets and tools
* Driving brainstorm sessions and supporting concepts and proposals for prospect presentations
* Working with sales teams to respond to new client opportunities
* Working with account teams to develop fresh new ideas and plans for existing clients
* Working with operations teams to support fulfillment, ex*****on, and marketing
* Supporting the Design team with administrative tasks and initiatives
* Ensuring creative output is results-driven

Job Qualifications
* Four-year college degree from an accredited institution preferred
* 1-2 years of creative experience in an agency environment
* Be incessantly curious about the world, culture, and trends that affect our clients
* Strategically think through complex business problems and find the best solution
* Strong writing skills and the ability to take an idea from thought to a concept and proposal
* Ability to deliver strong concepts for both physical and digital experiences
* A proven track record of taking big picture ideas and concepts and creating campaigns that flow through all production and marketing channels
* Experience working in a collaborative team environment
* Candidates must be outgoing, possess strong phone, written, and verbal communication skills with excellent presentation skills
* Experience working with senior and executive level client contacts
* Demonstrated ability and desire to work and excel in fast-paced environment
* Excellent multitasking and project management skills and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with Google Suite and position-related software
