Doosras - an amateur cricket team from Islamabad, Pakistan recently beat National Men's Cricket team of Kenya in Nairobi in a 50 over ODI match. The two match ODI series was played in Nairobi (Ruaraka Sports Club).

While Kenya managed to win the first ODI comprehensively by 155 runs, Doosras made a classic comeback in the second ODI to script a 5-wicket win under the leadership of Syed Usman Javaid.

It is significant to mention that Kenya fielded their full-fledged national team in both ODIs including Shem Ngoche (captain), Pushkar Sharma, Dhiren Gondaria, Sachin Bhudia, Francis Mutua, Gerard Mwendwa, Lucas Oluoch, Vraj Patel, Neil Mugabe, Jasraj Singh Kundi.

Being an amateur cricket team, Doosras have achieved a milestone they will be proud of for years to come.
