In the summer of 1990, Hafiz Rashid Mahmood, Dr. Abdul Rehman Rao, Nadeem Ravish, Abdul Rauf Abid and Prof. All members contributed 250 rupees and an initial fund of Rs.1000 was established at the first hand for the publications of poster of Maulana Ubaidullah Sindhi, post letters and quotations stickers. At that occasion, suggestions for celebrating the Maulana's birth and death anniversaries wer

Ravish Nadeem and Abid Rao visited Sahiwal, Chistian, Bhawalnagar and much of South Punjab for the fund raising of the foundation for three days while Abdur Rauf Abid and Dr. Abdur Rehman Rao visited Mandi Bhauddin, Hazro and some other places of North Punjab for the same purpose. Shah Wali Ullah Media Foundation was also founded by the same team in the year 1990 which started publishing pamphlets on Waliullahi philosophy.
