I am reporting an issue about a serious glitch that occurred on your platform this morning.

I have attached the chart image that was shared with me, along with my own chart screenshot for comparison.
Because of this system error on Exness, my trades were affected incorrectly and I experienced unexpected losses.

Kindly review the charts and the price movement during that specific time.
This situation does not reflect normal market behavior and appears to be a technical problem from the broker’s side, which resulted in financial loss.

I request a proper investigation of this glitch and compensation for the losses caused due to the system malfunction.

آئندہ سے سوشل میڈیا پر جب تک کسی کے جنازے کی خبر پکی نہ ہو جائے، میں کسی کی “موت” پر یقین نہیں کروں گا۔
کل سے ہر طرف عیشال فاطمہ کے نام پر چیٹس اور اسکرین شاٹس گردش کر رہے تھے۔ جس سے جس نے دو لفظ بات کر لی تھی، وہ اسے بہن، سٹوڈنٹ یا دوست بنا کر افسوس کے پیغامات شیئر کر رہا تھا۔

آج میں نے اس کی آئی ڈی چیک کی تو پتا چلا کہ مجھے بھی دو ماہ پہلے عیشال کا ایک میسج آیا ہوا تھا۔ شکر ہے کہ میسجز دیکھنے کی عادت نہیں، ورنہ شاید میں بھی دو چار باتوں کے بعد کوئی جذباتی پوسٹ ڈال دیتا۔

جو لوگ اپنی جعلی موت کا ڈرامہ کرتے ہیں، ان سے بس اتنی گزارش ہے کہ اگر یہ ڈرامہ کرنا ہی ہے تو کم از کم لڑکی بن کر نہ کریں۔ جب لڑکی “مرتی” ہے تو دل کئی دن تک بوجھل رہتا ہے۔ پلیز یہ حرکت لڑکے والے اکاؤنٹ سے کیا کریں، تا کہ دل پر کم اثر پڑے۔
