As I sat in the car and watched a train passing by, I felt the Holy Spirit whisper something deeper to my heart.
The train and the car were moving in the same direction for a moment, side by side. It looked as if we were traveling together. But after a short distance, our paths separated.
That is how many relationships and seasons in life are.
Some people travel with us only for a season. They encourage us, help us, and share part of the journey. But not everyone who travels beside us is meant to travel with us forever. When God changes the direction of our path, we must trust Him enough to let go without bitterness.
The train did not stop because our roads separated. Neither did the car. Each continued toward its appointed destination.
Sometimes we spend too much time mourning who left, what changed, or what ended. Yet God is saying, "Keep moving. I have assigned a destination to your life."
The most striking thing was that the train could not leave its track. It was bound to the course set before it. In the same way, God's sovereign hand is guiding the lives of those who trust Him. There are moments when we do not understand the turns, the delays, or the valleys, but Heaven sees the entire journey while we see only the next mile.
Many people are asking God for a map, but God is asking for trust.
Faith is not knowing every detail of the journey. Faith is knowing the One who directs it.
The train disappeared into the distance, and I realized something profound: every earthly journey eventually disappears from human sight. Wealth, success, titles, and achievements will all pass away. The only journey that truly matters is whether we are moving closer to the heart of God.
One day, every train will reach its final station.
One day, every life will reach eternity.
The question is not how fast you traveled.
The question is: Did you walk with God on the journey?
"For here we have no lasting city, but we seek the city that is to come."
May your life not merely be a journey through time, but a journey into the purposes and presence of God.
سفر کے دوران جب میں گاڑی میں بیٹھا تھا تو ایک تیز رفتار ٹرین میرے ساتھ ساتھ گزر رہی تھی۔ اُس منظر نے میرے دل میں ایک گہرا روحانی سبق پیدا کیا۔
کچھ لمحوں کے لیے ایسا لگ رہا تھا جیسے گاڑی اور ٹرین ایک ہی سمت میں ساتھ سفر کر رہے ہوں۔ لیکن تھوڑی ہی دیر بعد اُن کے راستے جدا ہو گئے۔ تب میں نے محسوس کیا کہ زندگی میں بھی بہت سے لوگ ہمارے ساتھ کچھ فاصلے تک چلتے ہیں، مگر ہمیشہ کے لیے نہیں۔
کچھ لوگ ہماری زندگی میں ایک موسم کے لیے آتے ہیں، ہمیں کچھ سکھاتے ہیں، ہماری حوصلہ افزائی کرتے ہیں، اور پھر اُن کا راستہ الگ ہو جاتا ہے۔ لیکن خدا کی مرضی یہ نہیں کہ ہم اُن کے جانے پر رک جائیں، بلکہ یہ ہے کہ ہم اُس منزل کی طرف بڑھتے رہیں جو اُس نے ہمارے لیے مقرر کی ہے۔
ٹرین کو دیکھ کر ایک اور بات میرے دل میں آئی۔ ٹرین اپنی پٹڑی نہیں چھوڑتی۔ اُس کی طاقت، رفتار اور حفاظت اسی میں ہے کہ وہ اُس راستے پر قائم رہے جو اُس کے لیے مقرر کیا گیا ہے۔
اسی طرح ہماری زندگی کی اصل برکت بھی خدا کی مرضی میں قائم رہنے میں ہے۔ جب ہم خدا کے راستے پر چلتے ہیں تو بعض اوقات ہمیں موڑ، تاخیر اور مشکلات سمجھ نہیں آتیں، لیکن خدا پوری تصویر دیکھ رہا ہوتا ہے جبکہ ہم صرف اگلا قدم دیکھتے ہیں۔
بہت سے لوگ خدا سے پورا نقشہ مانگتے ہیں، لیکن خدا اُن سے ایمان مانگتا ہے۔
ایمان یہ نہیں کہ آپ کو پورا راستہ نظر آئے، بلکہ ایمان یہ ہے کہ آپ اُس خدا پر بھروسہ کریں جو راستہ جانتا ہے۔
پھر میں نے دیکھا کہ ٹرین آہستہ آہستہ نظروں سے اوجھل ہو گئی۔ تب میرے دل میں یہ خیال آیا کہ ایک دن ہماری زندگی کا سفر بھی ختم ہو جائے گا۔ ہماری دولت، کامیابیاں، عہدے اور شہرت سب پیچھے رہ جائیں گے۔
آخر میں صرف ایک سوال باقی رہ جائے گا:
کیا ہم نے اپنے سفر میں خدا کے ساتھ چلنا سیکھا؟
کیونکہ زندگی کی سب سے بڑی کامیابی تیزی سے سفر کرنا نہیں، بلکہ صحیح منزل تک پہنچنا ہے۔
خدا آپ کو اپنی حضوری میں قائم رکھے، آپ کے قدموں کی راہنمائی کرے، اور آپ کو اُس ابدی منزل تک پہنچائے جو اُس نے اپنے لوگوں کے لیے تیار کی ہے۔
"کیونکہ ہمارا اصل وطن آسمان میں ہے۔"
