The belief in the finality of prophethood (Khatm-e-Nubuwwat) is a fundamental tenet of Islam. It asserts that Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is the last and final prophet, as stated in the Quran: “Muhammad is not the father of any of your men, but he is the Messenger of Allah and the Seal of the Prophets.” (Surah Al-Ahzab 33:40). This belief has been unanimously upheld by Muslims throughout history.

The Qadiani movement (Ahmadiyya) deviates from mainstream Islamic teachings by claiming that Mirza Ghulam Ahmad of Qadian was a prophet, contradicting the principle of Khatm-e-Nubuwwat. This belief is not accepted by Muslims and is considered heretical. Scholars emphasize the importance of safeguarding the true belief in the finality of prophethood, as it preserves the unity and integrity of the Islamic faith.

Muslims are encouraged to study Islamic teachings, remain steadfast in their belief, and address such challenges with wisdom and knowledge, following the example of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).

Islam emphasizes the importance of personal boundaries and discourages meddling in others' affairs without necessity or benefit. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “Part of the perfection of one’s Islam is his leaving that which does not concern him.” (Tirmidhi). This Hadith highlights the virtue of focusing on one's own responsibilities and avoiding unnecessary involvement in others’ matters. Meddling often leads to misunderstandings, conflicts, and gossip, all of which are discouraged in Islam. By maintaining boundaries and respecting privacy, Muslims uphold harmony, respect, and dignity in society. Islam teaches us to prioritize self-accountability, strengthen our relationship with Allah, and ensure we do not burden ourselves with issues beyond our scope.
