Well done OGRA
ہماری شکایت پر بلاجواز بڑھتی ھوئی قیمت کی بہتری کے لیے مارکیٹنگ کمپنیوں کو ھدایت جاری کی زائی قیمت وصول کرنے والوں کے خلاف کاروائی ھو گی
اور 2,4,6 کا سیلنڈر مارکیٹ فوری لایا جائے
اوگرا کی مقرر قیمت سے زیدہ قیمت وسول کرنے والی کمپنیوں لا سند منسوخ کر دیے جایی گے
ای ڈی (لاہور) نے ایک پریزنٹیشن پیش کی، جس میں اس بات پر روشنی ڈالی گئی کہ 12 سے 18 جون کے دوران تفتان سرحد کے ذریعے کافی ایل پی جی پروڈکٹ کی تجارت کی جا رہی تھی، جس کی اوسط تقریباً *2,000MT/یوم تھی۔* اس کے علاوہ، دونوں بندرگاہ ٹرمینلز کے پاس کافی اسٹاک اور بحری جہاز انتظار میں تھے، جبکہ اوسطاً *11,00MT*/روزہ کی پیداوار بھی تھی۔ 2,200MT/day* (ماخذ: پاکستان کسٹمز، سی پورٹ اتھارٹیز اور مقامی پروڈیوسرز)۔
*کیا کرنے کی ضرورت ہے*
ایل پی جی کمپنیوں کو درج ذیل اقدامات کرنے کی ہدایت کی گئی تھی۔
1. ایل پی جی کمپنیاں، اپنے مجاز ڈسٹری بیوٹرز کی سرپرست ہونے کے ناطے، ایل پی جی کی دکانوں پر صارفین کے مطلع شدہ نرخوں کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے اور مناسب سابق پلانٹ کی قیمتوں کو بھی نافذ کرتی ہیں۔
2. ذخیرہ اندوزی اور قیمتوں میں مصنوعی اضافہ بند کرو،
3. تقسیم کاروں کو باقاعدگی سے 2-4-6 کلو پہلے سے بھرے سلنڈر فراہم کریں،
4. انوائس/گیٹ پاسز کے ذریعے پروڈکٹ بھیجیں۔
اس کے بعد ضلعی انتظامیہ کے ساتھ مل کر اوگرا کا مشترکہ معائنہ کیا جائے گا اور سرکاری نرخوں کی خلاف ورزی کی صورت میں تعزیری کارروائی کی جائے گی۔
*نتائج:*
ایل پی جی پلانٹ کی قیمتیں، جو پہلے 3,400 روپے - 3,500 فی سلنڈر کے ارد گرد منڈلا رہی تھیں، اب گھٹ کر *3,000 - 3,100 / سلنڈر پر آگئی ہیں۔* ایل پی جی کمپنیوں نے اطلاع دی ہے کہ اگلے چند دنوں میں سابق پلانٹ کی قیمتیں مزید گر رہی ہیں۔
*20 جون 2025 کو فالو اپ میٹنگ*
جناب زین العابدین (ممبر - آئل) نے ایل پی جی کی قیمتوں اور دستیابی کا تجزیہ کرنے کے لیے لاہور آفس میں ایک فالو اپ میٹنگ بلائی۔ ایل پی جی مارکیٹرز کی طرف سے یہ اطلاع دی گئی ہے کہ گھبراہٹ کی خریداری اب کم ہو گئی ہے اور قیمتیں مزید گر رہی ہیں۔ ممبر (تیل) نے اس عزم کا اظہار کیا کہ اوگرا کی سرکاری حد 2,838 روپے فی سلنڈر کے اندر نرخ لانے کے لیے مزید سخت کوششوں کی ضرورت ہے۔
*COMPLIANCE OF NOTIFIED CONSUMER PRICES, PUBLIC SAFETY SOPs, SUFFICIENT PRODUCT STOCKS AND DISTRIBUTION OF LPG IN PUNJAB PROVINCE*
A meeting was convened on 18th June 2025, by ED (Lahore) to deliberate on the above matter. Following were in attendance:
1. Mr. Hammad Pirzada, ED (Lahore) and Mr. Jawad, JED (Enf),
2. Mr. Jaffar Hussain, ADC (Hq) Lahore,
3. Mr. Shahid Khokhar ADC (G) Nankana Sahib (On ZOOM),
4. Mr. Noman Dogar, ADC (G) Sheikhupura (On ZOOM),
5. Mr. Salmoon Ayub, ADC (G) Kasur (On ZOOM),
6. CEOs/ Directors of 20 Leading LPG Companies (as per the above list).
ED (Lahore) delivered a Presentation, highlighting that ample LPG product was being traded through the TAFTAN border, during 12 - 18 June, averaging around *2,000MT/day.* Besides, both Seaport Terminals had sufficient stocks and ships in waiting, averaging around *11,00MT/day.* While local production was also smooth *@ 2,200MT/day* (Source: Pakistan Customs, Seaport Authorities and Local Producers).
*WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE*
The LPG Companies were directed to take following measures:
1. LPG Companies, being custodian of their authorized distributers, to ensure notified consumer rates at LPG Shops and also implement reasonable Ex-Plant Rates.
2. Stop hoarding and artificial price hike,
3. Regularly supply 2-4-6 kg pre-filled cylinders to Distributors,
4. Dispatch product through Invoice/Gate Passes.
Subsequently, Joint Inspections of OGRA alongwith district administration shall be conducted and punitive action shall be taken, in case official rates are flouted.
*RESULTS:*
LPG Plant rates, earlier hovering around Rs.3,400 - 3,500/cylinder, have now declined to *Rs.3,000 - 3,100/cylinder.* LPG Companies reported that Ex-Plant rates are further plummeting in next couple of days.
*Follow-up Meeting on 20th June 2025*
Mr. Zain-ul-Abideen (Member - Oil) convened a follow-up meeting in Lahore Office to analyse LPG prices and availability. It was reported by LPG Marketers that panic buying has now subsided are prices are further plummeting. Member (Oil) vowed that still more stringent efforts are needed to bring rates within the OGRA's official cap of Rs.2,838/cylind
