Clear communication not only helps in project completion but it also builds trust with your client

Rather than guessing I look for insights about the project or see relevant websites that can help me building smartly.

Most brands think conversions come from bigger discounts, expensive ads, or louder CTAs.

𝙏𝙝𝙚𝙮 𝙙𝙤𝙣’𝙩.

People don’t remember offers, they remember how you made them feel.

If your website feels confusing, slow, or cold… 𝙣𝙤 50% 𝙤𝙛𝙛 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙛𝙞𝙭 𝙩𝙝𝙖𝙩.

But if it feels effortless, human, and enjoyable you don’t even need to sell.

The offer gets them in.
the experience keeps them.

The brands that win today?
they don’t chase attention.
they design trust.

You’re a lifesaver Dani…

These were the exact words of one of my prospects last night

We met on Facebook and he talked about his business idea
For which he needed a website

Although I didn’t onboarded him coz of his budget (sadly he had low budget)🥹

But I helped him for free with 2 things

1- How he can connect his domain
2- How he can cold call (gave some tips)

He got genuinely happy and said He’ll rethink of hiring me😎

PS: I’m so sick these days I can’t even talk🥹. But thanks to him he cooperated.

Most freelancers don’t even know how to hold a proper conversation…

So here’s what happened—
I posted on Facebook that I was looking for a video editor.
Got a bunch of proposals, talked to around 10–12 people…

And honestly? Not a single one of them came across as professional.
It wasn’t even about skill—they just didn’t realize they were talking to a potential client.

I don’t want to get too deep into that, but yeah, it wasn’t a great experience.
Anyway, moving on—
