Will Dense Fog Spoil 2nd Pakistan-England Test in Multan?

The second of the three Test matches between Pakistan and England at Multan Cricket Stadium may be impacted as parts of Punjab, including the city of Multan are under the grip of dense fog.
As per some media reports, a typical day’s play during the match could be even shorter than in Rawalpindi, where an early sunset allowed for an average of only 78 overs, 12 overs short of the daily allocation.
According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), current weather conditions in the city will persist for the next few days, with thick fog paralyzing routine life, including the first and last sessions of the match.

Multan gears up to host Test cricket after 16 years.
The Pakistan Cricket Board said that tickets for the second Test between Pakistan and England at the Multan Cricket Stadium had been put on sale from Saturday.
The iconic fixture will see the return of Test cricket to the City of Saints after over 16 years and will be played from 9-13 December.

Pakistan, England cricket teams arrive in Multan for 2nd Test:
MULTAN (News) - Both teams of Pakistan and England cricket arrived, here on Tuesday, for the second Test match at the Multan Cricket Stadium which will begin on 9th December.

According to the PCB officials, the team players would rest on December 07 and there is no activity scheduled for the day.
However, the teams would participate for the training at the Multan Cricket Stadium from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm while the squad members from each side would hold a pre-match media conference at the stadium.

The toss would take place at 0930 am on 9th December and each day’s game would start at 1000 am.

After stumps, a squad member from each side will hold a post-day media conference.

Meanwhile, the district administration has completed all arrangements for the match while foolproof security arrangements have also been finalized by the police.

تفصیل کے مطابق طالبعلم سکیورٹی چیک پوسٹ پر ٹوکن لے رہا تھا کہ بس بریک فیل ہونے کی وجہ سے بے قابو ہوگئی اور طالب علم پر چڑھ گئی گی۔ موقع پر جاں بحق ہونے والے طالبعلم کو نشتر ہسپتال میں منتقل کر دیا گیا
