What is MC011 Restriction and How to Remove it?

Mc011 is one of the most complex restrictions on eBay’s system which is imposed due to majorly following scenarios.
Multiple cases from buyers that you have not addressed or properly resolved.
Low percent of Tracking number uploaded on time that is 60%
High returns & cancellations rates may cause MC011 that is 25%
Lack oif communication with buyers and bad customer service
Too many cases closed with seller resolutions.
You use different dropshipping methods on your account e.g dropshipping from aliexpress china and at the same time from Amazon to ebay.

How to Remove this Type of Restrictions?
After clarifying the most common reasons to get you this restriction, which sometimes, it doesn’t even seem it is a restriction but only a simple tracking number issue, we can find out what we should do and whom to talk to, to appeal.
The only team that can handle this type of suspensions is the internal team in the back office of eBay. The most common reaction calling eBay support from skype causes. It is free and easy. However, eBay’s common customer support cannot handle these situations. In most cases they will tell you that you need to respond to emails you received, to get this issue inspected. So after clarifying this, use the link on the email, and upload the files (if you do not have a link, send them an email and you will get one). Use the comment box wisely to explain your reasons for the appeal and provide reasons to reinstate your account and explain why you are a valid and great seller for eBay’s site, mark the number of good feedbacks you got lately and insist it is a mistake/unjustified that you got such restriction. After sending all the documents, It is recommended to make contact with eBay.com site support and if you get no response in a day or two, email them to escalate the issue as this is important to you, hoping you will get an answer fast.

Account Deactivate Issue:

These days many new sellers are facing issue of Account Deactivation.

In order to reduce the risk of it, you need to list your first product from your seller Central account, not from Child account. It is recommended strategy.
It will INSHA ALLAH reduce the chances of account deactivation.

Solution to OTP not received

There are two solutions
a) use random number to get OTP, try USA & Uk numbers.
once you get access goto Setting> Login & Security > Switch OTP to authenticator app
Note: There are wesite which provide free UK & USA numbers to receive sms, google them

b) Recover your account, see screenshot attached for reference.
you will need ID document and it will take 1-2 days
Amazon will disable 2-step verification and access your account to set 2-step verifiction to google authenticator
