Amazon Suspending All brand new Stores in case of Verifications
Once Your account has been created it will automatically suspended when you will go for listing.
It is a normal case now a days so book a verification call again and submit your all the documents again.
Make sure the address must be same on all the documents Utility Bills & Bank statements should have same address which is on identity card.
If you wanna create a brand new store then first go for individual and then convert it on Professional.
