وادی ہسپر کا کوئی پرسان حال نہیں۔
نہ پینے ک لئے پانی، نہ بجلی اور نہیں روڑ!!!

اس منفی درجہ حرارت میں اوپر سے برف باری اور زمین مکمل گلیشر سے جمنے کے باوجود زندگی کی بنیادی اکائی پانی کی ترسیل کو ممکن بنانے کے لئے ہر روز جوان تو جوان بوڑھے اور بچے بھی روز صبح سے شام تک نالے میں مصروف عمل رہتے ہیں۔
یاد رہے کہ ایک NGOs کے بنائے ہوۓ واٹر سپلائی جو چار فٹ زیر زمین پائیپ کو دفن کرنے کے باوجود گلیشر جمنے سے چشمے کا پانی بند ہوتا ہے جبکہ موجودہ زیر تعمیر حکومتی واٹر سپلائی جو کہ انتہائی ناقص طریقے سے عمل میں لارہیں جسکی کھدائی زیادہ سے زیادہ ایک فٹ یا اس بھی کم ہے، ادارے کی طرف سے ایک بھاری رقم خرچ کرنے کے باوجود پانی کا فقدان میں اور اضافہ ہونے کا خدشہ ہے جس پر ہسپر عوام کو شدید تحفظات ہے۔

اس دور افتادہ علاقے جو دیگر علاقوں سے کٹا رہتا ایک واحد زمینی رابطہ اس وقت بھی منقطع ہے اور متعلقہ ادارہ ایک بار پھر سست روی کا مظاہر کرتی ہے۔

پانی کا اس مسئلہ کو دائمی طور پر مستحکم بنانے کے لئے سوریج لائین کی اشد ضرورت ہے اور موجودہ زیر تعمیر واٹر سپلائی کا کام کو دوبارہ معیار کے حساب سے علاقے کی آب وہوا کو مد نظر رکھ کر تکمیل کرنا ہوگا ،اگر عوامی جزبات کا احترام کئے بغیر پروجیکٹ ہینڈ اور کرنے کی نا پاک کوشش ہوئی تو مظلوم عوام کو کسی صورت قبول نہیں ہوگی۔

وادی ہسپر کے مکینوں کی طرف سے **انتہائی اہم اپیل**

ہم، وادی ہسپر کے عوام، دو ہفتوں سے سڑک کی خرابی کے باعث شدید مشکلات کا سامنا کر رہے ہیں۔ اس راستے کی بندش کی وجہ سے نہ صرف اشیاء خوردونوش، خاص طور پر آٹا، کی فراہمی معطل ہو چکی ہے بلکہ بیمار افراد کے لیے ضروری دوائیں بھی میسر نہیں ہیں۔ یہ صورتحال عوام کے لیے سخت پریشان کن اور خطرناک ہے۔

ہم حکومت اور متعلقہ حکام سے اپیل کرتے ہیں کہ فوری طور پر اس مسئلے پر توجہ دیں اور راستے کی بحالی کے لیے فوری اقدامات کریں تاکہ عوام کی مشکلات کا ازالہ ہو سکے۔
