Classes for the 25 Batch at QUEST Nawabshah will begin on 8th September 2025, held Monday to Wednesday, 1:00–3:00 PM across designated venues.

Subject: Participation in National Essay Writing Competition 2025

Dear Students,

The Turkish Embassy, Islamabad, in collaboration with the National Book Foundation and HEC, has announced the National Essay Writing Competition 2025 on the theme:

“Pakistan–Turkey Relations: A Timeless Bond.”

All interested students are invited to participate. Please note the following important details:

Eligibility: Students enrolled in public or private universities.

Language: English.

Word Limit: 2,500 – 3,000 words.

Suggested Topics: Cultural linkages, historical ties, diplomatic relations, and people-to-people bonds between Pakistan and Turkey.

Submission Deadline (to SCB): 25th September 2025

Students must send their essays in Word format (proper essay format) to the following email: [email protected]

SCB will evaluate the received essays internally and forward the best essay (with Turnitin report) to the National Book Foundation for final evaluation.

Prizes:

1st Prize: PKR 150,000

2nd Prize: PKR 100,000

3rd Prize: PKR 75,000

Students are strongly encouraged to participate and showcase their writing skills.

Subject: Request to Extend the Date of Exam Challan Submission

Respected Sir,

With due respect, we, the students of Batch 2022, 2023, and 2024, humbly request an extension for the submission date of the exam challan. The previous last date was 28-08-2025, and we kindly request that it be extended to 1st or 2nd September 2025 with the regular fees.

Many students are facing financial difficulties and are unable to afford the late fee charges. Granting this extension will greatly facilitate them and allow all students to submit the challan on time without any additional burden.

We shall remain highly obliged for your kind consideration in this regard.
