You give.

Until one day…
you realize you’ve been hurting yourself
just to keep others comfortable.

Not everyone deserves your loyalty.
And not every bond is worth your peace.

Respect isn’t sacrificing yourself.
It’s knowing when to let go.

Stoic wisdom reminds us:
You can care deeply…
without losing yourself in the process.

Because the moment you betray yourself
to keep someone else—
you’ve already lost something more important.

And here comes the most important part:
Loyalty to others should never come

رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا:
"تم پر تمہارے نفس کا بھی حق ہے"
(صحیح البخاری 6030)

اپنے نفس کا حق یہ تقاضا کرتا ہے کہ انسان اپنی صحت، ذہنی سکون اور اخلاقی فلاح کا خیال رکھے۔

اگر کوئی شخص دوسروں کو فائدہ پہنچانے کے لیے خود کو نقصان پہنچاتا ہے، تو وہ نہ صرف اپنے جسم اور ذہن پر ظلم کرتا ہے بلکہ اپنی زندگی میں توازن اور سکون کو بھی متاثر کرتا ہے۔

اگر انسان اپنی ضروریات اور حدود کو نظرانداز کرے، تو اس کی توانائی اور صلاحیتیں کم ہو جاتی ہیں، جس سے وہ دوسروں کے لیے بھی مؤثر ثابت نہیں ہو پاتا۔

لہٰذا، اپنے نفس کا خیال رکھنا نہ صرف ذاتی بھلائی ہے بلکہ دوسروں کی مدد کرنے کی صلاحیت کو بھی مستحکم کرتا ہے.
