All articles published by ASWA Publishers are made immediately available worldwide under an open access license. This means:

1: everyone has free and unlimited access to the full-text of all articles published in our journals
2: everyone is free to re-use the published material if proper accreditation/citation of the original publication is given
3: open access publication is supported by the authors' institutes or research funding agencies by payment of a comparatively very low Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted articles.

At ASWA publishers, all manuscripts are subject to peer review and are expected to meet standards of academic excellence. If approved by the Journal Manager, submissions will be considered by peer reviewers, whose identities will remain anonymous to the authors. The Assigned Academic Editor will have the authority to make the final acceptance or rejection decision for a manuscript, usually after the peer review process and author revision.

ASWA Publishers publishes all its journals and its related articles in full open access under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY) license and hence charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) once an article is accepted for publication after peer-review. ASWA believes that publication fees should not be a barrier to high-quality scientific publishing. Our mission is to make the open access reasonably priced for all researchers while at the same time preserving high publishing standards and editorial honesty.

We expect to be indexed and will strive to expand the coverage of all our journals to the main academic databases such as Web of Science, ACM Digital Library, Scopus, the ESCI (the Emerging Sources Citation Index, part of the Web of Science), and ScienceOpen etc.
