has been partially allowed by the Honourable Labour Appellate Tribunal, Peshawar High Court.

This case pertains to the Line Superintendents appointed in 2020.

واپڈا پیسکو بنوں رورل ون سب ڈویژن کے بکاخیل فیڈر پیر دل خیل پر فالٹ درستگی کے دوران بڑا واقعہ۔
پیسکو کی سرکاری سوزوکی پک اپ میں کام پر گئے پانچ لائن مین مزدور دورانِ ڈیوٹی اغوا کر لیے گئے۔

📍 اطلاع ملتے ہی ایس ڈی او رورل ون طاہر علی شاہ، واپڈا ہائیڈرو یونین رہنماؤں اور پولیس اسٹیشن کینٹ کے ایس ایچ او بھاری نفری کے ہمراہ جائے وقوعہ پہنچ گئے۔
پولیس اسٹیشن کینٹ میں رپورٹ درج کی جارہی ہے اور بازیابی کے لیے فوری کارروائی شروع کر دی گئی ہے۔

These Line Staff have been efficiently managing offices in various divisions and sub-divisions. If they're reassigned, who will take care of the office work?

This move raises questions about fairness and potential consequences. With an existing shortage of officers, it may worsen difficulties for consumers.

Management should reconsider, assess potential consequences, and explore alternative solutions that don't compromise services!

مورخہ 29/01/2025 کو ضلعی انتظامیہ نے غیر قانونی طور پر بااثر افراد کی ایماء پر واپڈا ہاؤس پشاور میں مسجد (خدا کے گھر) کی مسماری و سرکاری املاک کے تھوڑ پھوڑ کو ہائیڈرو یونین کے مرکزی چیرمین گوہر تاج صاحب نے بمعہ دیگر یونین ساتھیوں اس غیر انسانی و غیر اسلامی گھناؤنی فعل کو ناکام بنایا۔ ضلعی انتظامیہ و پولیس کو بمعہ ہیوی مشینری واپڈا ہاؤس پشاور سے باہر کیا۔ جس پر اسسٹنٹ کمشنر نے اختیارات سے تجاوز کرکے بااثر افراد و مسجد مسمار کرنے والوں کی ایماء پر ھائیڈرو یونین کے مرکزی چیئرمین گوہر تاج صاحب بمعہ دیگر ساتھیوں پر ایک من گھڑت و جھوٹا FIR تھانہ فقیر آباد میں درج کرکے پابند سلاسل کیا۔ جس پر صوبائی چیرمین الحاج محمد اقبال خان نے کل پورے صوبے میں احتجاجی مظاہروں کا اعلان کیا۔
