اسرائیل کے وزیر صحت نے سوروکا میڈیکل سینٹر پر ایرانی میزائل حملے کو "جنگی جرم" قرار دیا۔۔
یہ بات ان کے منہ سے نکلی جنہوں نے خود مہینوں سے غزہ کےاسپتالوں کو تباہ حال بنادیا، ڈاکٹروں کو شہید کیا۔زخمی مریضوں کو موت کے لیے کھلا چھوڑ دیا۔۔ وہ کس قدر ہٹ دھرمی اور بیغرتی سے اپنے ہسپتال پر حملے کو جنگی جرم قرار دے رہے۔۔
اکتوبر 2023 سے شروع ہونے والی اسرائیلی بمباری میں درجنوں فلسطینی اسپتال مکمل طور پر تباہ کر دیے گئے ہیں۔ الشفاء اسپتال، الاقصیٰ، الانصار، اور انڈونیشین ہسپتال جیسے بڑے طبی مراکز پر فضائی حملے کیے گئے، جہاں مریض، ڈاکٹرز، اور پناہ گزین موجود تھے۔ طبی عملہ کام چھوڑنے پر مجبور ہوا، مریض بے یار و مددگار ہو گئے، اور نوزائیدہ بچے انکیوبیٹرز کے بغیر جان کی بازی ہار گئے۔

بین الاقوامی انسانی قانون (International Humanitarian Law) کے مطابق طبی مراکز، ایمبولینسز، اور طبی عملہ جنگ میں مکمل تحفظ کے مستحق ہیں۔
جان بوجھ کر اسپتالوں کو نشانہ بنانا جنگی جرم کے زمرے میں آتا ہے۔
مگر اسرائیل نے سارے قوانین کو ہوا میں اڑا دیا، انسانی ہمدردی اور انسانیت کو پاؤں کی نوک پہ رکھا۔
آج جب خود پہ آن پڑی تو بین الاقوامی قوانین یاد آئے۔۔
