ہائیر ایجوکیشن کمیشن کی طرف سے یونیورسٹیوں کو بیچلر آف ایسٹرن میڈیسن اینڈ سرجری ڈگری کے ٹائٹل کوتبدیل کرکے بیچلر آف ایسٹرن میڈیسن کرنے کا کہا گیا ہے اور اسمیں یو۔اے۔ایچ ایکٹ 1980 کے رولز اور کورٹ کیس کا ریفرینس دیاگیا ہے۔ اس کو بیچلر آف ایسٹرن میڈیسن اینڈ سرجری کے گریجویٹس اور طلباء کو واضح کرنا ضروری ہے۔
2007میں یو۔اے۔ایچ ایکٹ کے رولز میں بیچلر آف ایسٹرن میڈیسن اینڈ سسٹم کے ٹائٹل کے ساتھ ترامیم کی گئی تھی۔ حالانکہ ڈگری کا نام ایکٹ میں تاحال موجود نہ ہے اور جان بوجھ کر کونسل اور یونیورسٹیوں کی ملی بھگت سے یہ کام ہوا۔اور اسکو اتنی اہمیت نہ دی گئی اور تقریباً 17سال بعد اسکو بنیاد بناکر ڈگری کے ٹائٹل کےساتھ سرجری کو ختم کرنے کی کوشش کی جارہی ہے۔اور یہ سب کچھ کورٹ کیس کے خارج ہونے سے پہلے ہوچکا تھا۔ اسکا واضح ثبوت یہ ہے کہ 1سال گزرنے کے باوجود یونیورسٹیاں ابھی تک سنجیدگی کا مظاہرہ نہیں کر رہیں۔
کورٹ کیس خارج ہوا کوئی فیصلہ نہیں ہوا۔اس کیس میں ہائیر ایجوکیشن کمیشن کی طرف سے کہاگیا تھا کہ ایچ۔ای۔سی نے پہلے سے ہی ٹائٹل کو تبدیل کر دیا ہے۔ ایسا کوئی بھی فیصلہ جج نے نہ دیا ہے۔ اور ایچ۔ای۔سی۔ کیطرف سے کیس کو غلط رنگ دیاگیا ہے۔ اور اس کیس کو بنیاد بنا کربی۔ای۔ایم۔ایس کمیونٹی کو اذیت دینا سمجھ سے بالاتر ہے۔
نوٹ:
خارج شدہ کیس کو ڈبل بینچ میں دائرکر دیاگیا ہے اور اسمیں ٹائٹل کے تبدیل کرنے کو بھی چیلینج کیا گیا ہے۔ اور لیگل ٹیم کی مشاورت کے بعد ہائیر ایجوکیشن کمیشن کو کیس کو غلط بنیاد بنانے کی وجہ سے لیگل نوٹس جاری کیا جائے گا اور حتی الامکان ایچ۔ای۔سی کے خلاف ہرجانے کا دعویٰ کیا جائےگا۔ بی۔ای۔ایم۔ایس اور طلباء سے التماس ہے کہ اپنے بہتر مستقبل کی خاطر ہماراہ ساتھ دیں۔ اور اپنے حق کے حصول تک کسی بھی قربانی سے دریغ نہ کریں۔ واسلام

کچھ لوگوں کا دل بجلی لگنے کے بعد بے ترتیب ہو جاتا ہے اور دھڑکنا بند کر دیتا ہے اسے فبرلیشن کہتے ہیں اس کا علاج صرف ڈی فبرلیشن ہے ( ڈی فبرلیٹر مشین سے) جب تک وہ مشین میسر نہ ہو مصنوعی طور پر دل کو دبایا اور پھیلایا جاتا ہے جسے سی پی آر کہتے ہیں - اگر یہ بھی نہیں کر سکتے تو کم از کم مریض کو فورا ہسپتال لے جائیں -
عام آگاہی پیغام۔
بجلی کے کرنٹ لگ جانے والے مریض کو مٹی میں دبانا ناسمجھی اور بے وقوفی ہے ۔
جس طرح بجلی کے تار کو کاٹنے سے دوسرے ٹکڑے میں کوئی کرنٹ باقی نہیں رہتی اس طرح انسان کے جسم میں بھی کوئی کرنٹ موجود نہیں ہوتا لہذا عوام سے گزارش ہے کہ ایسے مریض کو جلد سے جلد قریبی ہسپتال شفٹ کریں
اور مریض کو مٹی میں دبانا اسے مزید موت کے موں میں دکھیلنے کے برابر ہے ۔۔
خدا نخواستہ ایسا کوئی واقعہ ہو جائے تو مریض کو ہسپتال پنہچانے کی کوشش کریں ۔۔!! نہ کے مٹی میں دبانے کی ۔۔۔!!!! شکریہ
