Established with the aim of fostering personal growth, professional development, and community engagement, ILM is a platform led by youth, for the youth. Headed by Chairperson Arooj Khan, an esteemed figure with an extensive background in community development and collaboration with various national and international organizations, ILM is committed to nurturing the next generation of leaders and change-makers.
