امت مسلمہ کی زبوں حالی کی اصل وجہ قران کے آفاقی پیغام سے دوری ہے، شجاع الدین شیخ
آج پوری مسلم دنیا میں کوئی ایسا ملک نہیں جسے ہم دنیا کے سامنے بحیثیت رول ماڈل پیش کرسکیں
اپنی عظمت رفتہ کو بحال کرنے کےلئے ہمیں قران سے جڑنا ہوگا، مقررین کا خطاب
اسلام آباد () امت مسلمہ کی زبوں حالی اور حالت زار کی اصل وجہ قران سے دوری اور اللہ اور اسکے رسولﷺ کی تعلیمات کو پس پشت ڈالنے میں ہے۔ اس امت کی اٹھان، اور بنیاد اسلام پر ہے۔ اگر مسلم امہ اپنی عظمت رفتہ کو بحال کرنا چاہتی ہے تو اسکو قران کو اپنا راہنما اور دستور بنانا ہوگا۔ یہ بات تنظیم اسلامی کے امیر شجاع الدین شیخ نے اسلام اباد میں منعقدہ سیمینار سے خطاب کے دوران کہی۔ تنظیم اسلامی کے زیراہتمام "امت مسلمہ کی حالت زار اور راہ نجات" کے عنوان تلے تین ہفتوں پر محیط ملک گیر مہم کے سلسلے میں دارالحکومت اسلام اباد میں قومی سیمینار سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے شجاع الدین شیخ نے کہا کہ آج عالم اسلام جغرافیائی طورپر چھوٹی چھوٹی قومی ریاستوں میں تقسیم ہے لیکن بڑے افسوس کی بات ہے کہ آج ان ستاون مسلمان ممالک میں کوئی بھی ملک ایسا نہیں ہے جسے ہم دنیا کے سامنے ایک رول ماڈل کی حیثیت سے پیش کرسکیں۔ یہی وجہ ہے کہ آج فلسطین سے لے کر کشمیر، افغانستان، شام، لیبیا، لبنان اور ایران تک ہر جگہ مسلمان کا ہی خون بہہ رہا ہے اور بستیاں اجڑ رہی ہیں لیکن پوری امت مسلمہ میں کسی ملک میں بھی اتنی اخلاقی جرات نہیں کہ وہ اٹھ کھڑے ہوکران طاعوتی قوتوں کا مقابلہ کرسکیں۔ انہوں نے مسلم ممالک پر زور دیا کہ وہ مسلمانوں کے خلاف برسرپیکار طاغوتی قوتوں کا مقابلہ کرنے کےلئے متحد ہوکر سیاسی، معاشی اور عسکری محاذوں کے علاوہ تجارت اور صنععت کے میدان میں بھی اپنی توانائیاں مجتمع کریں تاکہ امت مسلمہ ایک بار پھر دنیا میں ایک بھرپور سیاسی اور معاشی قوت کے طور پر ابھرے اور ہم دنیا کے سامنے اسلام کا وہ نمونہ پیش کرسکیں جو پوری دنیا کےلئے مشعل راہ ہو۔
مشہور مذہبی سکالر اور تنظیم اسلامی کے سینیر راہنما ڈاکٹر ضمیر اختر نے کہا کہ آج دنیا میں نفرتیں بڑھ رہی ہیں، انسانی خون کی ارزانی ہے اور ایک عام شخص امن کی تلاش میں سرگردان ہے۔ ایسے میں اسلام ہی انسان کا نجات دہندہ ہے۔ انہوں نے پاکستان، سعودی عرب اور ترکیے کے درمیان حال ہی میں طے پانے والے دفاعی معاہدہ (میثاق مکہ) کو خوش ائند قراردیتے ہوئے تجویز پیش کی کہ اس میثاق کو پوری امت مسلمہ تک بڑھایا جائے۔ بات کو آگے بڑھاتے ہوئے انہوں نے مذید کہا کہ چونکہ پاکستان کی پیدائش اسلام کے نام پر ہوئی ہے اور اس کا اصل اثاثہ اسکی نظریاتی اساس ہے اسلئے پاکستان اپنی جغرافیائی حیثیت اور ایٹمی اور عسکری صلاحیتوں کی وجہ سے بہتر پوزیشن میں ہے کہ وہ اس امت کی قیادت کا فریضہ انجام دے سکے۔
مشہور قانون دان، محقق اور اسلامی نظریاتی کونسل کے سابق جنرل سیکرٹری ڈاکٹر اکرام الحق نے اس موقع پر اپنے خطاب میں کہا کہ مسلم امہ کے پاس وسائل بھی ہیں اورافرادی قوت بھی، ساتھ ساتھ اللہ تعالیٰ نے مسلم امہ کو علم و فن سے بھی بہرہ ورکیا ہے لیکن افسوس کہ آج ہمارے وسائل پر بھی مغرب کا قبضہ ہے اور ہماری افرادی قوت بھی مغرب کےلئے استعمال ہورہی ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ہمارے بہترین ماہرین علم و فن آج مغرب کے مختلف اداروں میں اغیار کےلئے خدمات سرانجام دے رہے ہیں۔
محقق و مصنف پروفیسر ڈاکٹر حبیب الرحمٰن عاصم نے اپنے خطاب میں کہا کہ آج امت مسلمہ کی زبوں حالی کی اصل وجہ ہمارے تصور دین کی خرابی اور حضورﷺ کی سیرت مطہرہ سے انحراف ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا جب تک ہم اپنی سیاست، معیشت، عدالت، ثقافت اور پوری معاشرت کو اسلامی تعلیمات سے ہم اہنگ نہیں کرینگے، دنیا میں ایک صالح معاشرے کا قیام ناممکن اور امن کا خواب، خواب ہی رہے گا۔ انہوں نے علماء کرام پر زور دیا کہ وہ اسلام کے آفاقی نظام کو عام کرنے میں اپنا بھر پور کردار ادا کرے۔

“The Root Cause of the Muslim Ummah’s Decline Is Its Distance from the Universal Message of the Qur’an,” Says Shujauddin Sheikh
“To restore our lost glory, we must reconnect with the Qur’an,” speakers say
Islamabad: The root cause of the decline and difficult circumstances facing the Muslim Ummah is its distance from the Qur’an and its neglect of the teachings of Allah and His Messenger. If the Muslim Ummah wishes to restore its former glory, it must accept the Qur’an as its guide and constitution.
This was stated by Ameer, Tanzeem-e-Islami Shujauddin Sheikh, while addressing a seminar organized by Tanzeem-e-Islami in Islamabad as part of its three-week nationwide campaign titled “The State of the Muslim Ummah and the Path to Salvation. He said that today the Muslim world is geographically divided into small nation-states. However, it is deeply regrettable that among the 57 Muslim countries, there is not a single country that can be presented to the world as a role model.
He said this is why, today, from Palestine to Kashmir, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya, Lebanon and Iran, Muslims are being killed and communities are being destroyed. Yet, within the entire Muslim Ummah, there is no country with enough moral courage to rise and confront these “Taghuti forces”—forces described as opposing divine guidance and justice.
He urged Muslim countries to unite in confronting the forces fighting against Muslims and to pool their resources not only on the political, economic and military fronts, but also in the fields of trade and industry. This, he said, would enable the Muslim Ummah to emerge once again as a strong political and economic power and allow Muslims to present to the world an Islamic model that could serve as a guiding light for humanity.
The renowned religious scholar and senior leader of Tanzeem-e-Islami, Dr. Zamir Akhtar, said that hatred is increasing throughout the world, human life is being devalued, and ordinary people are desperately searching for peace. In such circumstances, he said, Islam is the true source of salvation for humanity.
Welcoming the recently concluded Meesaq-e-Makkah (Makkah Pact) between Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and Türkiye, he proposed that the pact should be expanded to include the entire Muslim Ummah.
Elaborating further, he said that since Pakistan was created in the name of Islam and its greatest asset is its ideological foundation, Pakistan is in a relatively strong position to assume a leadership role within the Muslim Ummah because of its geographical importance as well as its nuclear and military capabilities.
Renowned lawyer, researcher and former Secretary-General of the Council of Islamic Ideology, Dr. Ikram-ul-Haq, said in his address that the Muslim Ummah possesses both resources and human capital, and that Allah has also blessed it with knowledge and expertise. Unfortunately, he said, much of the Muslim world’s resources are currently under Western control, while its human resources are also being utilized for the benefit of the West.
He said that many of the Muslim world’s finest experts and professionals are currently working in various Western institutions and providing their expertise to foreign interests.
Researcher and author Professor Dr. Habib-ur-Rehman Asim said that the fundamental reason for the Muslim Ummah’s present decline is the distortion of its understanding of religion and its departure from the pure and exemplary life of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him).
He said that until Muslims bring their politics, economy, judiciary, culture and entire social system into harmony with Islamic teachings, the establishment of a righteous society in the world will remain impossible, and the dream of peace will remain merely a dream.
He urged religious scholars to play their full role in spreading and promoting Islam’s universal system of guidance.
