π§ Ingredients (500g Maida Batch)
β’ π₯£ All-purpose flour (Maida) β 500g (3 cups)
β’ πΎ Semolina (Suji) β 200g (1 cup)
β’ π° Sesame seeds (Til) β 1/3 cup
β’ π₯₯ Desiccated coconut β 1/2 cup
β’ π¬ Powdered sugar β 1Β½ cups (350g)
β’ πΏ Cardamom powder β 1 tsp
β’ π§ Desi ghee β 1/3 cup (5 tbsp)
β’ π₯ Lukewarm milk β ΒΎ cup (150 ml)
β’ π³ Oil or ghee β for frying
π§ Ingredients (1 KG Maida Batch β Bulk / Dawat Special)
β’ π₯£ Maida β 1 kg (6 cups)
β’ πΎ Semolina β 400g (2 cups)
β’ π° Sesame seeds β ΒΎ cup
β’ π₯₯ Desiccated coconut β 1 cup
β’ π¬ Sugar β 3 cups
β’ π§ Desi ghee β ΒΎ cup (10 tbsp)
β’ π₯ Lukewarm milk β 1Β½ cups
β’ π³ Oil or ghee β for frying

1οΈβ£ Mix maida, suji, til, coconut, sugar & elaichi
2οΈβ£ Rub in desi ghee till crumbly texture
3οΈβ£ Gradually add lukewarm milk β make firm dough
4οΈβ£ Rest dough 10 minutes
5οΈβ£ Shape small flat tikkiyan
6οΈβ£ Fry on low flame till golden & khasta
7οΈβ£ Cool completely β enjoy with chai βοΈ
