Day 04/ Skardu (12-07-2024)
Pahaar, patiala shalwar, pagri, was a fantasy for me (momina) since i was 11. Turns out God fulfills your dreams in the best of ways. 10 years later i have a bestfriend and i share this idea and she immediately hops on and BOOM!!! we're in DEOSAI, the heaven on Earth, the roof of the sky, us twinning running around All alone in the clouds.
We received sooo soo many compliments from random people asking "aap ka dresses bohat pyaara hain" "aap loug yahan ka rehna wala hain". Even few of them took selfies with us 😭🤍

The excitement, the adrenaline from buying scrubs and getting matching dupattas , matching bags, matching crocs to going to hospital together to taking these pictures. Last two days were the happiest most liveliest we felt in a veryyy long time.

Day 03 / Skardu
The most fun and tiring day of the entire trip. Fun part is. We woke up and didnt get ready at all. Basic hijab and basic pony tail and zero makeup. Turns out we looked our coolest on this day. Desert. From riding a 150cc for the first time. To riding that 4 wheeler desert bike (idk what its called) to jeep safari to just chilling in sand.
The coolest most adventurous day.
Those 11 year old, full of energy younger selves were happy this day.

Day 02 / Skardu ( 10-07-2024 )
The excitement of waking up in a hotel and getting ready to go somewhere was crazy. We literally had a dead lizard in our washroom. Fun experiences ig. Aj ka din sab pani wali jagein thi. And God did we lovee it!! It felt like the first day of actually being in a northern area. and the days were passing at a slow pace (unlike we expected. We thought we wouldnt even know and a day would end ) so we could feel every single thing very deeply.
