Nasir William was born on 8th May 1981 in the Family of Master William & Mrs. Rashida William at Chak 36 SB Sargodha He was baptized on 29th June 1981 by Rev. Joseph Parish Chak 36 SB Sargodha (Diocese of Islamabad/ Rawalpindi). On 30th May 1991 he received the Sacrament of Holy Eucharist by Rev. The Sacrament of Confirmation was given to him on 14th February 1999 by His Lordship Bishop Anthony Th

eodor Lobo (Bishop of Islamabad/ Rawalpindi). He is youngest of two brothers and four Sisters. He went for his primary education in St. Thomas School Chak 36 SB Sargodha. He completed he matric in 1998 from Government Higher Secondary School Chak 40 SB Sargodha and Intermediate Education in 2000 from Rawalpindi board. Than he was graduated from Peshawar University and in 2011 completed B. In he received Master Degree in International Relations from Peshawar University. For religious training on 11th September 1998 he entered in Our Lady of Lourdes Minor Seminary, Lalazar Rawalpindi. On 17th August 2002 for Philosophical education he entered in St. Francis Xavier Philosophy Papal Seminary Lahore and received the degree “Bachelor of Philosophy” from Pontifical Urbaniana University of Rome. On 22 August 2007 he went to Christ the King Seminary Karachi for Theological Studies and in 2009 he received the degree “Bachelor of Theology” from Melbourne College of Divinity, Australia. In 2010 he got “Diploma in Theological Studies” from at National Catholic Institute of Theology Karachi. He was ordained a priest on 29 June 2011 by His Lordship Bishop Rufin Anthony ( Bishop of Islamabad - Rawalpindi Diocese. His first appointment was as Principal of St. Michael Catholic Church School Academy Town, Peshawar and assistant Parish Priest in St. Michael Parish Peshawar Cantt

His next posting was on 15th August 2013 as Administrator St. Pope John Paul II boys Town in Lalazar Rawalpindi. In June 2014 till July 2014 he stayed in Immaculate Conception Parish, Mariakhel, district Mainwali. On 4th August 2014 he proceeded to St. Francis Xavier Parish University Road Sargodha as assistant Parish Priest. 6 years later on 7th February 2020 he was appointed as Parish Priest of St. Peter Canisius Parish, The Mall Abbottabad

He is good preacher and with that he keeps keen interest in Media and Communications. His goal is to preach the word of God and Catechism of the Catholic Church through media and communication. He writer therefore he is the Author of five books. “Perpetual Adoration” (English) “Perpetual Adoration” in (Urdu), “Wisdom of St. John Mary Vianney” “Priests of My Diocese” and “History of Parishes of Islamabad/ Rawalpindi”

He served in Islamabad/ Rawalpindi as Director Diocesan Commission for Social communication from 2011 to 2022. He is faulty member of Christian Study Centre Rawalpindi and at the same time he served as member of Diocesan Catechetical Centre Islamabad/ Rawalpindi from 2012 till 2022

ایبٹ آباد (آگاہی نیوز) سینٹ پیٹرز اگنیشیس پیرش ایبٹ آباد کے تمام مومنین نے اپنے پیرش پریسٹ ریورنڈ فادر ناصر ولیم کی رہنمائی میں 10 مارچ 2023 کو مقدس یوسف کی عزت میں نوینہ شروع کیا اور 18 مارچ 2023 کو نوینے کا اختتام پاک ماس سے کیا جس کی قیادت ریورنڈ فادر ناصر ولیم نے کی۔ پاک ماس میں فادر موصوف سمیت مومنین نے بھی اپنی ذاتی زندگی میں مقدس یوسف کے موجودگی اور اُن کی روحانی برکات کا خصوصی ذکر کیا۔
