سیکیورٹی فورسز پر حملے انہیں شہید کرنے والا بی ایل اے کا بدنامِ زمانہ فیلڈ کمانڈر بالاچ عرف “شُکرا اسلام آباد دھرنے سے فرار گرفتاری کے لیے ٹیمیں تشکیل ۔ زرائع
اسلام آباد (محمد زاہد خان) سیکیورٹی فورسز پر حملے انہیں شہید کرنے والا بی ایل اے کا بدنامِ زمانہ فیلڈ کمانڈر بالاچ عرف “شُکرا اسلام آباد دھرنے سے فرار سیکیورٹی فورسز نے گرفتاری کے لیے ٹیمیں تشکیل دے دیں تفصیلات کے مطابق اسلام آباد دھرنے میں ایک لمبا، دبلا شخص خاکی شال سے چہرہ چھپائے موجود جس نے ہاتھ کے اشارے سے دو نوجوانوں کو قریب بلایا، سرگوشی کی اور پھر اسی دھرنے کی بھیڑ میں غائب ہو گیا زرائع کے مطابق دوران انویسٹی گیش پتہ چلا کہ یہی شخص بی ایل اے کا بدنامِ زمانہ فیلڈ کمانڈر بالاچ عرف “شُکرا” ہے۔ بالاچ کا نام پہلی بار 2023 کے سُوراب حملے کے بعد ایجنسیوں کی خفیہ فہرست میں سامنے آیا اس کارروائی میں اس نے شاہراہِ قراقرم کی نگرانی کرنے والی فورس پر گھات لگا کر حملہ کیا جس میں تین اہلکار شہید اور ایک گاڑی تباہ ہوئی زرائع کے مطابق حملہ آوروں کا سردار ایک لمبی زلفوں والا نوجوان تھا جو “شُکرا” کے نام سے پکارا جا رہا تھا۔ چند ماہ کے بعد پنجگور اور آواران کے چھاپوں میں ملنے والی بارودی سرنگوں پر بھی اسی کا دستخطی کوڈ پایا گیا مگر وہ خود ہر دفعہ ریت پر پڑی لکیر کی طرح اوجھل ہو جاتا۔
زرائع نے دعویٰ کیا کہ کیمرے نے جس شخص کو خاکی شال میں لپٹا دکھایا ہے، وہ کوئی اور نہیں بلکہ بالاچ ہی ہے وڈیو کو فریم بہ فریم زُوم کر کے کان کے پاس موجود ایک پرانی گولی کا نشان دکھایا گیا ٹھیک وہی نشان جو سُوراب حملے کے بعد سرکاری ڈوزیئر میں درج تھا۔ کلپ وائرل ہوتے ہی بالاچ شُکرا کے لیے زمین تنگ ہو گئی ایک گھنٹے کے اندر اندر (شکرا) نے اپنا فون بند کیا، ٹیلی گرام اکاؤنٹ ڈیلیٹ کیا اور دھرنے کی بھیڑ میں تحلیل ہو کر دارالحکومت کے کسی گوشے میں روپوش ہو گیا۔ مشترکہ انٹیلیجنس ٹاسک فورس نے قائداعظم یونیورسٹی کے بوائز ہاسٹل، بارہ کہو کے ایک پرانے فارم ہاؤس اور جی ٹین کی بیک لین پر واقع ایک کرائے کے فلیٹ پر بیک وقت چھاپے مارے، لا انفورسمنٹ ادارے کے سادہ لباس اہلکاروں نے ہاسٹل میں موجود سات ایسے طلبہ پکڑے جن پر شُکرا کے ساتھ ٹیلی گرام کیمیونیکیشن گروپ شیئر کرنے کا شبہ ہے چھاپے کے دوران فارم ہاؤس سے برآمد ہونے والی گاڑی کی ڈگی میں جدید دوربینیں اور تھرموسکوپک رائفل سکوپ ملے، جبکہ جی ٹین والے فلیٹ سے دو اسٹوڈنٹس اور ایک بلوچ خاتون کارکن حراست میں لی گئی جو دھرنے کے لیے فنڈنگ چین سنبھال رہی تھی۔ باوثوق ذرائع کے مطابق چھاپوں کے دوران کئی موبائل فون اور لیپ ٹاپ ضبط ہوئے جن میں سے “RedZon –OP1” کے نام سے محفوظ ایک فوٹو فولڈر ملا ابتدائی فارنزک سے ثابت ہوا کہ تصاویر دھرنے کے بالکل اُس جگہ کی ہیں جہاں (شُکرا) کو دیکھا گیا تھا۔ سکیورٹی حکام کا دعویٰ ہے کہ بالاچ عرف شُکرا اس وقت بھی اسلام آباد ہی میں کہیں موجود ہے اور اُس کی گرفتاری صرف چند میٹر کی دوری پر ہے۔ ایک سینئر افسر نے نام ناں ظاہر کرنے پر بتایا کہ شاید وہ پہلی بار بلوچستان کے سنگلاخ پہاڑوں سے نکل کر روشنیوں کے شہر میں آیا ہے یہاں ریت کے ٹیلے اور سنگلاخ پہاڑ اور گھاٹیاں نہیں جہاں وہ چھپ سکے یا وہ اسے چھپنے میں مدد مل سکے۔”
دوسری جانب بی وائی سی کے ترجمان نے بیان جاری کیا کہ ’’ہماری تحریک پرامن ہے، ہم ہر قسم کی عسکریت پسندی کی مذمت کرتے ہیں‘‘ مگر یہی ترجمان پچھلے ہفتے شُکرا کے ساتھ گپ شپ لگاتے ہوئے سیلفی لیتا بھی پایا گیا، جو اب خود اُس کے لیے وبالِ جان بن چکی ہے
ذرائع کے مطابق سکیورٹی ادارے دھرنے کے اردگرد سیلولر جمرز نصب کر چکے ہیں اور مشکوک چہروں کی بائیومیٹرک میپنگ جاری ہے خیال کیا جا رہا ہے کہ انہی لمحات میں سرگوشیاں گردش کر رہی ہیں کہ ممکن ہے کہ (بالاچ شُکرا) عین اسی بھیڑ میں دوبارہ چھلاوا بن کر نمودار ہو سکتا ہے تاکہ خفیہ نکلنے کا راستہ ڈھونڈ سکے.
Notorious BLA Commander “Balach” Alias “Shukra” Escapes Islamabad Sit-in; Security Forces Launch Manhunt

Islamabad: Security agencies have intensified operations to capture the notorious Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) field commander, Balach alias “Shukra,” accused of deadly attacks on security forces.
Sources revealed that during the Islamabad sit-in, a tall, lean man with his face covered by a khaki shawl was spotted calling two young men over, whispering something to them, and then disappearing into the crowd. Investigations later confirmed that the man was none other than Balach alias “Shukra,” whose name first surfaced on intelligence watchlists following the 2023 Surab attack. In that operation, Shukra ambushed a security patrol on the Karakoram Highway, killing three personnel and destroying a vehicle. The attackers’ leader, a young man with long hair called “Shukra,” was identified by witnesses. Later raids in Panjgur and Awaran linked explosives with his signature code, yet he repeatedly managed to vanish without a trace.
Footage from the sit-in showed a man wrapped in a khaki shawl. Frame-by-frame zoom analysis revealed a distinctive old bullet scar near his ear — the same mark recorded in official dossiers after the Surab attack. Once the clip went viral, the noose tightened around Shukra. Within an hour, he switched off his phone, deleted his Telegram account, and melted into the capital’s streets.
A joint intelligence task force launched simultaneous raids at the Quaid-e-Azam University boys’ hostel, an old farmhouse in Bhara Kahu, and a rented flat on the back lane of G-10. Plainclothes operatives apprehended seven students suspected of sharing a Telegram communication group with Shukra. At the farmhouse, a vehicle’s trunk was found loaded with advanced binoculars and a thermoscopic rifle scope. In the G-10 flat, two more students and a Baloch female activist — allegedly handling the funding chain for the sit-in — were taken into custody.
Trusted sources said multiple mobile phones and laptops were seized during the raids. One folder, titled “RedZon – OP1,” contained photographs from the exact location at the sit-in where Shukra was seen. Initial forensics confirmed the images were taken on-site.
Security officials claim Balach alias “Shukra” is still in Islamabad and that his arrest is only “a matter of meters.” A senior officer, speaking on condition of anonymity, said: “Perhaps this is the first time he has left the rugged mountains of Balochistan for the city of lights. Here, there are no sand dunes or rocky valleys to hide in — and no one to shield him.”
Meanwhile, the BYC spokesperson issued a statement asserting, “Our movement is peaceful, and we condemn all forms of militancy.” However, the same spokesperson was recently photographed chatting with Shukra — a selfie that has now become a source of serious trouble for him.
Sources further disclosed that security agencies have installed cellular jammers around the protest site and are conducting biometric mapping of suspicious faces. There are whispers that Shukra may once again attempt to reappear in the crowd, using the chaos as cover to slip away undetected.
