کٹ تو گیا ہے کیسے کٹا یہ نہ پُوچھیے
یارو ! سفر حیات کا ، آسان تو نہ تھا

جب دل کا موسم ابتر ہو جائے، تو کائنات کی ہر رونق مانند پڑ جاتی ہے۔ بہار کے رنگ پھیکے، چمن کے گیت خاموش، اور کہکشاؤں کی چمک بےمعنی ہو جاتی ہے۔ ہر لمحہ بوجھل، ہر منظر بے کیف، اور ہر خوشبو بےاثر محسوس ہوتی ہے۔ گویا دل کی اداسی، پوری دنیا پر سایہ فگن ہو جاتی ہے۔

لیکن جب دل کا موسم خوشگوار ہو، تو صحراؤں میں بھی گل و لالہ کھلنے لگتے ہیں، سنّاٹے نغموں میں ڈھلنے لگتے ہیں، اور اجڑے مناظر میں بھی زندگی کی رمق دکھائی دیتی ہے۔ یہی دل کا سکون ہے جو صحرا کو گلزار، ویرانی کو آباد اور خامشی کو خوش الحان بناتا ہے۔

یہ کوئی فلسفہ نہیں، بلکہ مشاہدے کی وہ سچائی ہے جو روزِ روشن کی طرح عیاں ہے، جو ہر حساس دل نے محسوس کی ہے، اور جو ہر باطن بین نگاہ نے پہچانی ہے۔

قربانی کیا ہے؟ یہ محض جانور ذبح کرنے کا عمل نہیں، بلکہ ایک ہمہ گیر تصور ہے جو زندگی کے ہر گوشے پر محیط ہے۔

قربانی صرف ایک دن کا شعار نہیں، بلکہ ہر لمحہ، ہر فیصلہ، ہر جذبہ — خود کو پسِ پشت ڈال کر کسی عظیم تر مقصد کے لیے جینا — قربانی کی عملی شکلیں ہیں۔ والدین کی نیندوں کی قربانی ہو، کسی مظلوم کی مدد کے لیے وقت، مال یا سکون کی قربانی، یا اپنی انا اور خواہشات کو دباکر کسی رشتے کو بچانا — یہ سب اصل قربانی کے مظاہر ہیں۔

زندگی کے کسی گوشے کو دیکھ لیں، آپ کو وہاں قربانی کا رنگ ضرور دکھائی دے گا۔ اور جو قومیں قربانی کے اس وسیع مفہوم کو سمجھ لیتی ہیں، وہی فلاح اور سربلندی کی راہ پر گامزن ہوتی ہیں۔

دعا ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ ہمیں قربانی کی اصل روح، اس کی معنویت، اور اس کے تقاضوں کو سمجھنے اور اس پر عمل کرنے کی توفیق عطا فرمائے۔ اور جو کچھ ہم اس کی راہ میں دیتے ہیں — وقت، مال، جذبات یا خواہشات — اللہ انہیں اپنی بارگاہ میں شرفِ قبولیت عطا فرمائے۔

میری طرف سے دل کی گہرائیوں سے آپ سب کو عیدالاضحیٰ مبارک ہو۔ اللہ کرے یہ عید ہمیں حقیقی قربانی کا پیغام سمجھنے اور اس پر عمل کرنے والا بنائے۔ آمین۔

On May 11, 1996, during a deadly storm on Mount Everest, Beck Weathers, a doctor from Texas, USA, was left near the top after losing his vision due to snow blindness. Caught in a blizzard, he collapsed in the snow and was thought to be dead—twice.

Somehow, after 18 hours in freezing wind, Beck woke up. Even though he was badly frostbitten and could barely see, he managed to walk alone back to Camp IV, surprising everyone.

A difficult helicopter rescue later saved his life. Though he lost parts of his hands, nose and feet, Beck’s survival is still seen as an incredible example of human willpower.

Sarwali Peak/ Toshain-1

Sarwali Peak, also known as Dabbar Peak and Toshe Ri is actually Toshain-I which at an altitude of 6,326 metres (20,755 ft) above sea level at the junction of the Neelam and Shounter Valleys in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK), Pakistan at on Toshain/Rupal Glacier towering in Rupal Valley of Nanga Parbat. It is the highest point in Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The Kashmir Tourism Department sent an expedition in 2004 (details not available), but there has been no documented successful ascent of the peak. The ridge line that forms Toshain walls houses Toshain II, Toshain III, Toshain IV and Toshain V (Shounter Peak), which all are technical in nature and heavily glaciated. Three Islamabad based climbers named Imran Juanidi, Usman Tariq and Khurram Rajput tried to reach on the top but unfortunately went missing on 31 August 2015 and beside search and rescue effort, could not be found!

Now The Tourist Nest Travel & Tours and Neelum Paradise Hiker are Planning for this peak in 2020. We need the special co-operation and help from our Tourism Department, our Government and some sponsors.
