Key Responsibilities:
*Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
*Manage performance reviews and support employee development

Requirements:
*Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
*Strong understanding of HR best practices
*Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
*Availability to work the 6 PM – 12 AM shift
