PC Hospitality, the hospitality division of Hashoo Group Hospitality, has announced the establishment of a 24/7 Central Reservation Centre, bringing reservation management together across its growing portfolio of hospitality brands.

The centralized platform will support reservations across nearly 40 destinations, covering brands including Pearl-Continental Hotels & Resorts, PC Signature Collection, PC Residences, PC Legacy, Hotel One, and the newly introduced Hotel One Vogue.

The initiative aims to provide guests, travel partners, and corporate clients with faster response times, seamless booking support, and personalized assistance through a single point of contact.

The move reflects PC Hospitality’s continued focus on technology, innovation, and centralized systems to enhance guest engagement and service delivery.
