Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Management Specialist
a. Efficiently process and manage incoming orders.
b. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders.
c. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
d. Accurately input order information into the order management system.
2. Logistics Coordinator
a. Generation of shipment labels for orders
b. Track orders from placement to delivery.
c. Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely picking and packing of orders.
d. Handle returns and replacements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
