China's decision to provide high-speed train technology to Pakistan. Preparations have been completed to send dozens of bogies of modern high-speed train to Pakistan, 46 in the first phase and 184 in the next phase.According to Chinese media, this is the first time that China is exporting this technology. Chinese companies have accepted the invitation to invest in Karachi.
While according to government sources, during Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif's visit to China, the government is trying to settle the most important projects worth billions of dollars under CPEC. The government is trying to sign the contracts of the ML-1 railway project costing more than 9 billion dollars and the Karachi Circular Railway project costing about 300 billion rupees during the visit of the Prime Minister to China.
While according to media reports, on Wednesday, at the invitation of Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, prominent Chinese companies expressed deep interest in investing in joint projects in Pakistan, especially solar energy and infrastructure projects, and other major projects including drinking water supply in Karachi. I have assured investment. Representatives of China's leading companies met Prime Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif on Wednesday.
The Prime Minister offered Chinese companies to work together on a 10,000 MW solar energy project. The Prime Minister also emphasized on speeding up the work on Gwadar Airport and completing it by the end of this year, on which the concerned Chinese company assured to complete the construction of Gwadar Airport at the beginning of next year.
