Microsoft has unveiled a solution for users facing compatibility issues with certain PCs running Windows 10, specifically those equipped with Intel 11th Generation Rocket Lake processors. These users can now upgrade to Windows 11, which resolves major bugs that previously hindered their systems from running the latest version.

The issue stemmed from driver-related crashes associated with Intel Smart Sound Technology (Intel SST) on Rocket Lake processors, leading to blue screen errors. To address this, Microsoft released fixed versions of the drivers (10.30.00.5714 or 10.29.00.5714 and later), which users can obtain through Windows Update or Intel's official website.

Once the updated drivers are installed, affected users can upgrade to Windows 11 after a two-day waiting period.
