School employee jumps from 8th floor and kills himself. This topic really needs urgent attention as like him, so many employees, get harassed, subjected to undue pressure and stress from their higher ups, insulted in the most inhumane way, given mental torture through blackmailing, harassment, abuse, bullying and what not.

The private schools especially treat the teacher like a slave and the students and parents body are all in all. The elite schools in particular, insult their teachers and abuse them by snatching many of their rights, putting them to tasks which do not come under their JD and threaten them on every little thing for expulsion from job. So many stories I personally know.

Solution:
1- Employees need to know their rights.
2- Schools should take strict action against abusive staff.
3- There should be zero tolerance for insulting and threatening behavior.
