ہارٹ اٹیک آنے پر پاس میں کوئی نہ ہو تو 10 سیکنڈ میں خود اپنی زندگی کس طرح بچائے؟ذرا سوچیں کہ شام کے 7:25 بجے ہے اور آپ کے گھر جا رہے ہے وہ بھی بالکل اکیلے.ایسے میں اچانک سے آپ کے سینے میں تیز درد ہوتا ہے جو آپ کے ہاتھوں سے ہوتا ہوا آپ جبڑو تک پہنچ جاتا ہے. آپ کو آپ کے گھر سے قریب ترین ہسپتال سے 5 میل دور ہیں اور بدقسمتی سے آپ کو یہ نہیں سمجھ میں آرہا ہے کہ آپ وہاں تک پہنچ پائیں گے کہ نہیں. آپ سی پی آر (CPR: Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation) میں تربیت یافتہ ہیں مگر وہاں بھی آپ کو یہ نہیں سکھایا گیا کہ اس کو خود پر استعمال کیسے کریں. ایسے میں دل کے دورے سے بچنے کے لئے یہ اقدام آزمائے: - چونکہ زیادہ تر لوگ دل کے دورے کے وقت اکیلے ہوتے ہیں l بغیر کسی کی مدد کے انہیں سانس لینے میں تکلیف ہوتی ہے. وہ بے ہوش ہونے لگتے ہیں اور ان کے پاس very hardly صرف 10 سیکنڈز ہوتے ہے. ایسے حالت میں مبتلا زور زور سے کھانس کر خود کو عام رکھ سکتا ہے. ایک زور کی کھانسی لینی چاہئے ہر کھانسی سے پہلے اور کھانسی اتنی تیز ہو کہ سینے سے توک نکلے. جب تک مدد نہ آئے یہ عمل دو سیکنڈ سے دہرائی جائے تاکہ دھڈكن عام ہو جائے. زور کی سانس پھیپھڑو میں آکسیجن پیدا کرتی ہیں اور زور کی کھانسی کی وجہ سے دل سكڑتا ہے جس سے خون آپریشن باقاعدہ چلتا ہے. جہاں تک ممکن ہو اس پیغام کو ہر ایک تک پہنچائے. ایک دل کے ڈاکٹر نے تو یہاں تک کہا کہ اگر ہر شخص یہ پیغام

بیوی غیر مرد کی طرف کب اور کیوں جاتی ہے

اگر کسی کو پوسٹ بڑی لگے تو میری طرف سے معذرت
کروٹ بدل کے آنکھیں بند کیے ہی اس نے تکیے کے نیچے سے فون نکالاجو مسلسل وائیبریٹ کر رہا تھا۔ آنکھ کھولی اور فون کی سکرین پہ بلنک کرتا ہوا جانا پہچانا نمبر دیکھ کے اسے کوفت ہوئی۔ ” اس وقت اسے کیا مصیبت پڑی ہے” کچھ بڑبڑاتے اس نے کال کاٹ دی اور میسج ٹائپ کیا” اس وقت بات نہیں کر سکتا، وہ ساتھ سو رہی ہے”میسج سینڈ کرکے کے وہ جواب کا انتظار کرنے لگا۔ فون کی سکرین لائیٹ جو آف ہوگئی تھی میسج ریپلائی آنے پہ آن ہوئی۔ اس نے جلدی سے میسج دیکھا اور ساتھ ہی اپنے بستر سے اٹھ بیٹھا۔ بنا کوئی آواز کیے بالکل آہستہ سے وہ بستر سے اٹھا اور اندھیرے میں ہی چپل ڈھونڈنے لگا۔ چپل ملی تو اس نے آگے بڑھ کے دھیرے سے دروازہ کھولا ۔
باہر کی لائیٹ آن تھی ، دروازہ کھلنے سے کمرے میں ہلکی سی روشنی ہوئی اس نے مڑ کے پیچھے دیکھا کہ کہیں وہ جاگ نہ گئی ہوئی، پر جب بستر پہ نظر پڑی تو بستر خالی تھا۔ “یہ کہاں چلی گئی؟” اسکے دماغ نے کئی سوالوں کو جنم دیا۔ واش روم کا دروازہ بھی کھلا تھا۔ شش وپنج میں مبتلا وہ کیچن کی طرف گیا، وہاں کی لائٹ بھی آف تھی۔ اگلے دس منٹ میں اس نے پورا گھر چھان لیا لیکن اسکا کچھ پتا نہ چلا۔ آواز دے کے پکارنے سے اجتناب کیا کہ کہیں ساتھ والے کمرے میں سوئی ماں جی کی آنکھ نہ کھل جائے۔ حیرانی ایک دم سے پریشانی اور غصے میں بدلی۔ اسکا فون دوبارہ وائیبریٹ کرنے لگا، بڑی بے دلی سے کال کاٹ کے وہ ادھر ادھر دیکھنے لگا۔ سوچوں میں گم ماں کی بات اسکے خیالوں میں گونجی”بیٹا ! آجکل تیری بیوی کے لچھن مجھے ٹھیک نہیں لگ رہے، گھنٹوں کمرے کا دروازہ بند کرکے پتا نہیں کس سے فون پہ لگی رہیتی ہے” ابھی کچھ دن پہلے ہی ماں جی نے اپنے شک کا اظہار کیا تھا، لیکن اس نے اس بات پہ دھیان نہ دیا۔ کہیں چھت پہ نہ ہو، دماغ میں سوالوں کا انبار لیے وہ سیڑھیاں چڑھنے لگا۔ ابھی اسکا پاؤں آخری سیڑھی پہ نہیں پڑا تھا ، ایک سرگوشی سن کے وہ وہیں رک گیا۔ ۔
“میں اسکی بیوی تو بن گئی لیکن اسے مجھ میں دلچسپی نام کی نہیں ہے، ہمارے بیچ زور زبردستی کا رشتہ چل رہا ہے ۔ جب پہلی بار میں نے انکے فون میں کسی لڑکی کے غیر اخلاقی میسج پڑھے تو بہت روئی ۔ دل کیا ان سے کہوں پر ڈر گئی کہ کہیں غصے میں آکے طلاق ہی نہ دے دیں ۔ جب میں سو جاتی تو وہ گھنٹوں کسی سے فون پہ باتیں کرتے رہیتے ۔ میں اپنے آپکو اندر سے کھاتی رہی۔ لیکن کتنی دیر برداشت کرتی۔ کوئی تو ہو جو میرے دل کی بات سنے۔ پر جب سے تم میری زندگی میں آئے ہو تو لگتا ہے کوئی اپنا ہے ، جو پرواہ کرتا ہے۔ میں جب بھی پریشان ہوتی ہوں تو تمہیں یاد کرتی ہوں ۔ تم سے بات کرکے دل کا بوجھ ہلکا ہوجو جاتا ہے، وہ اگر اپنے دل کی باتیں کسی اور سے کرتے ہیں تو میرے دل کی باتیں سننے کے لیے میرے پاس تم ہو”۔
سرگوشیاں ابھی جاری تھیں لیکن اس کی برداشت کم پڑ گئی۔ غیرت کے سمندر میں طوفان اٹھا اور اس نے قدم آگے بڑھایا کہ آج تو اسے اس دھوکے کی سزا مل کے رہے گی۔ اتنے میں اسکے فون نے پھر سے وائبریٹ کرنا شروع کیا۔ سارے جذبات ایک دم ڈھنڈے پڑ گئے۔ ایک پل کے لیے جیسے سب کچھ رک گیا ہو۔ جیسے کسی نے اسکی زبان جکڑ لی۔ پاؤں آگے نہ بڑھ پائے۔ وہ کسی شکست خوردہ انسان کی طرح واپس سیڑھیاں اترنے لگا ۔ سرگوشیاں اب بھی کانوں میں پڑتی رہیں جو کلیجہ چھلنی کررہی تھیں۔ اپنا فون پاور آف کرکے وہ بستر پہ لیٹ گیا۔ آج تو آرام دہ بستر پہ بھی کانٹے چبھ رہے تھے۔ جس گناہ کا مرتکب وہ خود تھا کیسے کسی اور کو اسی گناہ کی سزا دیتا۔ اگر کوئی سزاوار تھا تو وہ خود تھا۔ “کبھی کبھی ہم اس بات سے انجان ہوتے ہیں کہ ہماری کی ہوئی چھوٹی سی ایک غلطی کیسے بھیانک طوفان کا پیش خیمہ بنتی ہے
