آج رات گارڈن میں جو کچھ ہوا وہ کراچی کے مستقبل کے حالات کا پتہ دے رہا ہے۔

آج رات گارڈن میں ایک اور 17 سالہ لڑکے کو ڈمپر نے کچل کر مار ڈالا۔ یہ ڈمپر، کراچی والوں کو آئے روز کچل کچل کر مار رہے ہیں نتیجتاً کراچی والوں میں ان ڈمپرز کا خوف اور انکے خلاف غصہ ابل رہا ہے۔ ڈمپر ایسوسی ایشن کے صدر لیاقت محسود کے لئیے اس وقت کراچی والوں کی آنکھوں میں نفرت ہی نفرت ہے۔
اس لڑکے کی موت کے بعد بھی فطری ردعمل میں محلے کے لوگ غصے میں نکلے اور ڈمپر کے اگلے حصے کو آگ لگادی، تو ڈھٹائی دیکھئیے کہ ڈمپر مافیا کا سرغنہ لیاقت محسود بدمعاشوں کی طرح الٹا اس علاقے کا دورہ کرتا ہے اور پھر پولیس کی موجودگی میں اسکا گارڈ عوام پر گن تان کر ہوائی فائرنگ کرتا ہے۔
لیاقت محسود کہتا ہے کہ جو لڑکا ڈمپر مافیا سے مارا گیا اسکا افسوس ہے لیکن جس نے ڈمپر جلایا اسکو نہیں چھوڑا جائے۔

وہ جانتا ہے کہ کراچی والے اس سے نفرت کرتے ہیں مگر اسکے باوجود انکے علاقوں میں جائے حادثہ پہ اکڑ کے جاتا ہے۔ سچ یہ کہ یہ ڈمپر جنکو کچل رہے ہیں ان میں ساری زبان بولنے والے معصوم شہری ثابت ہیں مگر لیاقت محسود ان ڈمپر جلانے کو لسانی رنگ دینے کی کوشش کرتا ہے۔ حالانکہ ان ڈمپروں سے مرنے والوں میں پنجابی پختون مہاجر سب ہی شامل ہیں۔

جائے حادثہ سے وہ بتاتا ہے کہ اس نے فوراً ڈی آئ جی کو فون کیا، پھر ایس ایچ او سے کہا کہ میں اس علاقے میں جارہا ہوں تم ساری نفری لے کر پہنچو۔ یعنی پورا نظام، پوری مشینری اس مافیا کو سپورٹ کرنے میں دل و جان سے لگی ہوئ ہے۔ آج دن میں دیکھ لیجئے گا وہی ہوگا جو پچھلی بار ہوا تھا۔ پیپلز پارٹی کے وزیر اعلیٰ مراد علی شاہ ڈمپر جلانے والوں کے خلاف سخت ایکشن لینے کا اعلان کریں گے، کراچی کے شہریوں کا دکھ بانٹنے کے بجائے الٹا انہیں دھمکی دیں گے جیسا کہ وہ اور شرجیل میمن پہلے بھی کرچکے ہیں۔

سچ یہ کہ ان حالات میں کراچی کے شہری ایک شخص کو یاد کرتے ہیں۔ وہ شخص جو بدمعاشوں کا بدمعاش تھا۔ کراچی جو ہمیشہ سے پاور پالیٹکس کا شہر رہا ہے اب چیخ چیخ کر بتارہا ہے کہ شرافت کی سیاست کو یہ وڈیرے اور یہ اسٹیبلشمنٹ کسی گنتی میں ہی نہیں گنتے۔ یہ شہر چیخ چیخ کر بتارہا کہ اہل کراچی کو ہاتھ پاؤں باندھ کر مارا جارہا ہے۔ ڈمپر و ٹینکر مافیا سے لے کر قبضہ و ای چالان مافیا تک، سب ایک ڈاکو بن چکے ہیں جو اپنے مفادات کی خاطر اہلیان کراچی کی جان و مال کو اپنے لئیے حلال سمجھ رہے ہیں۔ حد تو یہ ہے کہ بلدیاتی الیکشن میں مئیر کا الیکشن چوری کرلیا جاتا ہے اور یہ کراچی والوں کے ووٹ پر بھی ڈاکا ڈال دیتے ہیں۔

مظلوم اہلیان کراچی کا غصہ کتنا ہے اس سے اندازہ لگالیجئیے کہ آج کی ہی ایک وڈیو میں دیکھا کہ جب یہ ڈمپر مافیا کا سرغنہ علاقے میں پہنچا تو عبایا پہنی ایک عام سی خاتون جو رستے سے گذر رہی تھیں وہ بھی غصے میں لیاقت محسود کی گاڑی کو مکے مار رہی تھیں۔ اہلیان کراچی کا غصہ عروج پر ہے اور لیاقت محسود جیسے لوگ اسے لسانیت کا رنگ دینے کی پوری کوشش کرتے ہیں۔

اہلیان کراچی سوال کرتے ہیں کہ ای چالان کی رٹ لگانے والوں کو یہ کیوں نظر نہیں آتا کہ جن علاقائی سڑکوں پر ڈمپرزکے روٹ ہی نہیں ہیں وہاں ڈمپر کیوں آتے ہیں اور کیوں اسپیڈ سے دوڑتے اور اوور ٹیک کرتے ہیں۔

ڈی آئی جی صاحب کہاں ہے قانون ؟
وزیر اعلیٰ صاحب کیا سارے قانون عام عوام کے لئے ہیں ان خونخوار دروندوں کے لئے آپ کا کوئی قانون نہیں ؟؟

نیدرلینڈز کی ولی عہد شہزادی امالیا، جب 18 برس کی ہونے والی تھیں تو اُنہیں وزارتِ خزانہ کی جانب سے ایک کال موصول ہوئی۔ انہیں بتایا گیا کہ بالغ ہونے کے بعد وہ باضابطہ طور پر ریاست کی ولی عہد تسلیم کی جائیں گی، اور سرکاری طور پر ان کے لیے سالانہ 1.9 ملین ڈالر کی رقم مختص کی جا چکی ہے۔

لیکن امالیا نے جو ردِعمل دیا، وہ غیر معمولی تھا۔ انہوں نے واضح الفاظ میں کہا کہ:
"جب تک میں ریاست یا عوام کی کوئی حقیقی خدمت انجام نہیں دیتی، میں خود کو اس رقم کی حقدار نہیں سمجھتی۔ میں ابھی بھی ایک عام طالبہ ہوں، جبکہ میرے جیسے بہت سے نوجوان محدود وسائل میں تعلیم حاصل کر رہے ہیں۔ ایسی صورت میں اتنی بڑی رقم قبول کرنا میرے ضمیر کے خلاف ہے۔"

انہوں نے درخواست کی کہ یہ رقم ان افراد یا اداروں کو منتقل کی جائے جو بزرگوں، ناداروں یا ضرورت مندوں کی مدد میں مصروف ہیں۔
