Work on 306 Km Sukkur- Hyderabad Motorway M6 to be begin in June 2022.
Briefing the committee members, Naveed Iqbal Walha, member Public Private Partnership Projects NHA, said that work on the Sukkur-Hyderabad Motorway would be started in June 2022.
He said that bids would be submitted by interested contractors till mid of September while NHA would complete the evaluation process within one month after which the award of concession to the contractor would be made before the end of November.Naveed Iqbal Walha said that successful contractor would take about six months for financial arrangements and most likely the physical work on ground would be commenced in June next year.

The current water crisis shows that the 18th Amendment in the constitution has only harmed our nation. The Federal Government has lost its power to enforce management to the provinces, while the provincial governments have become powerful and have authority over majority of legislative subjects.

It makes me call for abolishment of the 18th Amendment so that the irrigation management authority goes back to the Federal Government and does not stay with provinces. The current inhuame mismanagement by Balochistan Government in Patfeedar and the brazen water theft by the Sindh Government in Kirthar Canal has to stop.

Jafferabad being at the end of the Patfeedar Canal system is suffering while the Balochistan Government is silent on the massive water mis-management happening through Nasirabad District which is under BAP members.

The same way PPP as we have seen through years under direct orders of Mr Zardari is stealing water into non-command areas causing huge loss of life and livelihood in Gandakha and Adjoining Areas.

I believe it's time to face the truth and realize that 18th Amendment brought in PPP government is non-workable as Provinces are incompetent and are causing planned destruction of our people

While Federal Government sits without legal powers to interfere in such matters , and powers and finances have been given to the provinces since the 18th Amendment brought in 2010 by PPP Government we have only been going into more devestation in all matters be it education or water management, irrigation, development, and so on.

It's time to realise these things, since 2010 we have only been suffering and going backwards each year at an alarming rate. Economically, Food Price Wise and social development wise.

پانی کا موجودہ بحران ظاہر کرتا ہے کہ آئین میں 18 ویں ترمیم نے صرف ہماری قوم کو نقصان پہنچایا ہے۔ وفاقی حکومت کے پاس صوبوں کے پانی کے انتظام کو نافذ کرنے کا کوئی اختیار نہیں ہے ، جبکہ صوبائی حکومتیں طاقتور ہوچکی ہیں اور قانون ساز مضامین کی اکثریت پر اختیار رکھتی ہیں۔

18 ویں ترمیم کو ختم یا ترمیم کیا جائے تاکہ کم از کم آبپاشی کے انتظامی اختیارات وفاقی حکومت کے پاس واپس چلے جائیں اور صوبوں کے پاس نہ رہیں۔ پٹفیدار میں بلوچستان حکومت کی موجودہ غیر انسانی بدانتظامی اور کیرتھر کینال میں سندھ حکومت کی جانب سے پانی کی چوری کو روکنا ہوگا۔

پٹیفیڈر کینال سسٹم کے اختتام پر جعفرآباد مشکلات کا شکار ہے جبکہ بلوچستان حکومت ضلع نصیر آباد کے ذریعے بڑے پیمانے پر پانی کے غلط انتظام پر خاموش ہے جو بی اے پی ممبران کے ماتحت ہے۔ پی پی پی جیسا کہ ہم نے کئی سالوں سے دیکھا ہے کہ زرداری کے براہ راست احکامات کے تحت غیر کمانڈ والے علاقوں میں پانی چوری کر رہا ہے جس کی وجہ سے گنڈاخا اور ملحقہ علاقوں میں جان و مال کا بہت زیادہ نقصان ہو رہا ہے۔

اب وقت آگیا ہے کہ سچ کا سامنا کریں اور یہ سمجھیں کہ پیپلز پارٹی کی حکومت میں لائی گئی 18 ویں ترمیم ناقابل عمل ہے کیونکہ صوبے نااہل ہیں اور ہمارے لوگوں کی منصوبہ بند تباہی کا باعث بن رہے ہیں۔ اگرچہ وفاقی حکومت ایسے معاملات میں مداخلت نہیں کر سکتی ، اور 2010 میں لائی گئی 18 ویں ترمیم کے بعد سے صوبوں کو اختیارات اور مالیات دی گئی ہیں ، سماجی مسائل تمام معاملات میں بد سے بدتر ہو رہے ہیں چاہے وہ تعلیم ہو یا پانی کا انتظام ، آبپاشی ، ترقی ، اور اسی طرح. اب وقت آگیا ہے کہ 2010 سے پہلے کی چیزوں کو یاد کیا جائے اور پھر دیکھیں کہ اس کے بعد کیا ہو رہا ہے ، اس علاقے کی تکلیف اور ہر سال ایک خطرناک شرح سے پیچھے کی طرف جانا۔ معاشی طور پر ، خوراک کی قیمت کے لحاظ سے صنعتیں صوبائی موضوع کے تحت آتی ہیں اور پنجاب ان سے فائدہ اٹھاتا ہے ان کے تاجر ناجائز منافع کماتے ہیں اور سماجی ترقی نے بڑے پیمانے پر بدعنوانی دیکھی ہے اور تمام محکمے نااہلی کا مرکز بن چکے ہیں۔

18 ویں ترمیم ختم نہ ہونے تک عمران خان بھی کچھ نہیں بدل سکتے ، جبکہ تمام صوبے اپنی بدعنوانی اور غیر قانونی اور بدانتظامی میں مصروف ہیں۔ میں بلوچستان حکومت اور سندھ حکومت کو ایک بار پھر تجویز دینا چاہتا ہوں کہ وہ اپنا ناقص رویہ تبدیل کریں اور لوگوں کی زندگیاں تباہ کرنا بند کریں اور بلوچستان کے نصیر آباد ڈویژن کے معاشی قتل کو روکیں۔

جب ڈیرہ اسماعیل خان کی عوام کے حقوق پر ڈاکہ ڈالا جائے گا تو ہمارے ڈیرہ اسماعیل خان کے منتخب نمائندے اپنی عوام کے حقوق کی جنگ صحیح معنوں میں لڑنے کی پوری طاقت رکھتے ہیں۔۔
امید ہے اب ساری عوام کو پتہ چل گیا کے آپکو کیوں نکالا ۔۔

منسٹر نے OTS سے پروجیکٹ اس لیے کینسل کروایا کیوں کہ OTS نے منسٹر کے ڈیمانڈ پوری کرنے سے انکار کر دیا۔۔
لوگوں نے 500 فیس بھی جمع کیا تھا۔۔۔ جیسے ٹیسٹ کے لیے کمشنر کو OTS آفس سے آیا تو کمشنر نے جواب دیا کہ منسٹر اب نہیں کرنا چاہتے انتظار کریں۔۔ آخر میں OTS سے پروجیکٹ کینسل کروا کر اگلے ہی دن نیا اشتہار دے دیا۔۔جو سب کے سامنے ہے۔۔
منسٹر کے لیے کرتا دہرتا سب نور احمد کرتا ہے۔۔
اس پروجیکٹ میں سب سے زیادہ سیٹس منسٹر محمد خان لہڑی اور آصف کھوسہ سلیم کھوسہ ہیں۔۔ 10% یونین کی ہے۔۔
