Today we celebrate Global Accessibility Awareness Day 2026! 🌍

This year’s GAAD comes at an important moment for educational publishers and EdTech providers across Europe. Since the European Accessibility Act came into effect in June 2025, WCAG 2.2 compliance has become an essential part of digital publishing.

The interest around our booth exceeded our expectations. Educators, institutions, and education leaders from across the region stopped by to see EdTool in action, asked thoughtful questions, and shared what AI adoption in education looks like in practice.
