Refinitiv in Poland formally questioned our Union's members count. We have filed a verification request with local Labor Court. Your personal details are safe, can be seen only by the Union and the Court, employer does not get any Union members' personal details.
We have seen a lot of employees leaving, they did not leave our Union. They have been made redundant or left to other companies. Also new members were joining - we thank you for your trust and good decision. New members from our Krakow office - warm welcome!
Members count has always been very dynamic due to many reorganizations and layoffs. We are still above the legal member count minimum limit, but it's very hard for us to find new Friends, especially during Covid isolation.
Please help us keeping our Union sound and strong, it's in your best interest!
