The Res-Q line was introduced in 1998. It focused on rescue operations at sea and on land, with sets featuring vehicles, boats, and rescue bases. However, all of them were already designed in a style similar to the later, heavily simplified Town Jr. theme.

Our MOC is an attempt to revive this series in the well-known classic style. It is a heavy rescue truck with four-wheel drive and a double cab, built from around 160 pieces. The rear of the vehicle is filled with compartments and lockers for equipment essential during rescue operations.

The model is finished in the characteristic black-and-yellow color scheme of this type of unit, and the vehicle is decorated with custom-made Res-Q logo stickers.

Skull Island (6279) is a classic set from the Pirates series, released in 1995. It consists of 350 pieces and includes 6 minifigures.

The set allows you to build a pirate island with a multi-level defensive structure located on the water. Its most distinctive feature is the massive stone skull-shaped gate. Next to it is a small pier where boats can dock. At the end of the pier, there is a rotating cannon. The set also includes two boats - one for pirates and one for imperial soldiers.

Majisto’s Magical Workshop (6048) is a set from the Dragon Knights theme, released in 1993. It consists of 176 pieces and includes two minifigures.

The main feature of the set is a stone wizard’s tower with a distinctive red-and-black roof. Thanks to its hinged design, the walls can be opened up, providing full access to the interior, where Majisto’s workshop with magical accessories is located.

How about... a police Land Rover? Here's our MOC that shows what such a vehicle could look like. The patrol car consists of around 70 pieces.

It features sturdy off-road tires that allow it to traverse even the toughest terrain, as well as durable bull bars that protect the front of the vehicle. In the back, right behind the driver’s seat, there’s a large storage area for the equipment needed during operations.

Volcano Island (6248) from 1996 consists of 109 pieces and includes two minifigures. The set depicts an island with a volcano, inside which there is a cave hiding a treasure chest. The entrance to the cave is concealed by sliding doors shaped like a skull.

The treasure is guarded by a skeleton, and the model features a mechanism that allows it to be launched. The set also includes a small raft with a pirate flag, built from planks and barrels.

This is a powerful six-wheeled truck with impressive chrome exhaust pipes and a sleeping compartment behind the driver’s cab. It tows a two-level trailer that can accommodate three race cars! The trailer is equipped with drop-down ramps and loading ramps for easy loading and unloading of the vehicles. There’s also a tool storage compartment and all the necessary equipment-accessible via large side doors on both sides of the trailer.
